A small but very intimate and quiet restaurant, the downstairs dining room with its wine cellar is truly delightful.
The menu is a perfect example of how traditional dishes meet the chef's creativity and innovation. The dishes are meticulously crafted, both in terms of the ingredients and their combinations, and in the presentation. I go at least twice a year to try the dishes from the different menus, which change seasonally. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the decor is original: they also occasionally host art events. Perfect for a special dinner.

Highly recommended! If you're looking for a truly special dinner, this is the place. Fabulous dishes. Attention to detail is rare. Kudos to the chef, whose creative touch is truly masterful. The service staff is friendly and helpful.

In the heart of Bologna, a truly above-average restaurant.
My wife and I ordered:
1 plate of culatello to share (more than enough) served with warm brown bread and salted butter, a 10/10.
1 tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù, a 9/10.
1 green lasagna Bolognese, a 10/10 (I recommend it).
1 beef tartare, a 9/10.
1 cutlet Bolognese, a 10/10.
1 bottle of still water.
1 bottle of Lugana Ca dei Frati.
Total: €136.
Everything was fresh and delicious, average price considering the high quality of the ingredients and the very original plating.

Absolutamente fabuloso! La comida es una versión contemporánea de los clásicos de Bolonia. Pude disfrutar de la mitad de los tortellini en brodo seguidos de la clásica ternera empanada, pero deconstruidos e interesantes. El postre también fue genial. Los precios están a la par con los restaurantes ordinarios.
