L'Arcimboldo In Bologna

It's a traditional, somewhat fancy place to have lunch or dinner. We arrived around 2:00 PM, but it was crowded. Had an excellent Bolognese, but the service was really slow, so we waited a long time to get our first courses—very interesting lagasania. The wine was great!

A welcoming place with friendly and professional staff. Traditional dishes with a focus on quality ingredients. I'll definitely be back.

An excellent experience, we were satisfied in every way. The staff were exceptional: kind, courteous, polite, smiling (not to be taken for granted), and super helpful both in explaining the dishes and accommodating our requests to share portions. The food was divinely plated and delicious. My friend is gluten intolerant, and they offered us tagliatelle with meat sauce (they had recently changed their gluten-free pasta brand, and I must say they made an excellent choice). With every bite, we were completely captivated by the unique flavor of each ingredient, both the pasta and the meat. Everything was truly excellent. We're sorry we were just passing through, but we'll definitely be back, even if we're in Palermo. Ps. We would have liked to give you more stars if it were possible.

All the dishes are delicious, and the wine list is excellent, with some local wines. It's in my top 10 restaurants in downtown Bologna.

Excellent restaurant in every way. Reasonable prices. The only flaw is the downstairs dining room, where we ate: it's not up to par in terms of atmosphere, ambiance, or location. You feel a bit isolated. I wouldn't return.

Bellissima esperienza nel cuore di Bologna. Cucina tradizionale (galantina, lasagne, faraona etc) innovata con gusto e creatività. Impiattamenti verticali di gran classe. Atmosfera rilassata e conviviale. Servizio attento. Se volete sperimentare qualcosa di diverso rimanendo nella tradizione bolognese, questo è il vostro posto.

Un ristorante nel cuore di Bologna, elegante, legato alla tradizione che esprime con un'estro in chiave più moderna..Qualità dei prodotti indiscutibile accompagnata da una maestria nella composizione del piatto.....ogni piatto un quadro d'artista. Un augurio speciale alla titolare ed al piccolo"Lorenzo". Un grande in bocca al lupo.
