Eccezionale, posto bellissimo accoglienza e servizio di altissimo livello, è stata una serata meravigliosa. Ci hanno coccolati tutta la sera, hanno iniziato con varie Amuse-bouche, il loro pane e il loro burro che avrei mangiato a vagonate, e poi abbiamo scelto due primi e due secondi spettacolari, ogni piatto aveva una completezza unica con tante sorprese nei sapori, anche il dolce molto buono e piacevole. Alla fine della cena ci hanno anche dato un piccolo pensierino che è stato super carino!! Io lo stra consiglio veramente

Well. Good but not great. Lots of uncertainty about the menu (I had an extended gift voucher). I had the wine tasting and they forgot about it... disabled access difficult. In short, not at the expected level. Questionable quality/price. I don't think I will return. Definitely not soon.

It's always a wonderful experience to return to a place like this. I would like to give some advice to improve even further: dare without fear on the dishes and further strengthen the credibility of the name "Food Architecture" for example by studying the structure of the food on the plate even perhaps with references to the history of architecture. I would also advise not to ask for immediate feedback or the reason why perhaps something was left on the plate, it is good for the customer to feel free and at ease in discovering, experimenting, imagining, evaluating and living their dish as an experience sensory.

Romantic and well-studied Valentine's dinner, you can see that there is study and passion! Very good, I have to give 4 stars for a pre-dessert which was extremely salty

At first glance the place appears a little dark, but once you settle in it becomes welcoming and elegant. We chose the tasting menu to get an overall idea. I must say that we ate very very well. Definitely innovative dishes, not pici and peposo, but extreme refinement both in the raw materials and in the preparations and presentations. I underline that despite the elaboration of the foods and the combinations, each flavor was fully appreciated. Truly an excellent experience that I recommend. Perfect dining room staff. Truly. Very kind and friendly chef as well as a true artist. 110 and praise!

17/11/2024: Excellent pizzeria located near the town center. The pizzas are exceptional, delicious and with fresh ingredients, they are also quite large. The menu is very varied, with various options. Friendly and kind staff. I recommend mascarpone and speck pizza and also Schiacciata stuffed with Nutella and mascarpone.
04/11/2024: We stopped for lunch on our way to southern Tuscany. At first glance it looked like a bar with pizza by the slice but in reality they also make the classic round pizza. Elderly so I decided to have a pizza and a calzone. They were both well stuffed and tasty. The only flaw was the place which was a bit messy and not perfectly clean, there seemed to be remnants of a small party from the previous evening. Overall a satisfying lunch
