I went to dinner at this place with my girlfriend, thanks to the suggestions of a local. we had a great time! really good food, with generous portions. fast service and friendly waiters. nice location, with the possibility of eating both inside and outside. two first courses, two side dishes, wine and dessert €50. good value for money. I would go back.

The place is quite atmospheric, but outside of old Viterbo. We tried fettucine with white ragu, which is a great dish, wild boar, which is also a good dish, and melanzana, which is also worth recommending. Very good desserts. The service was probably the weakest - you only smiled when you got a tip. We also ordered three dishes, we got a double wild boar. But we managed :)

Historic trattoria in the heart of the historic center of the city of Viterbo! The restaurant has outdoor and indoor tables, in a historic building! Welcoming, fast and professional service! Personally I tasted and appreciated the following dishes: panzanella alla viterbese, chicken cacciatore with Leccino olives, porchettate aubergines with wild fennel. The excellence of simplicity and tradition: 5 full stars! Try it and believe it!

Ristorante sulla piazza principale di Marino , con tavoli all’aperto. Stile rustico, ambiente accogliente. Abbiamo provato : carbonara e amatriciana, cottura perfetta, buoni gli ingredienti. Molto buono l! abbacchio alla cacciatora. Personale gentile. Prezzo nella media

Il piacere di mangiare all' aperto e in un posto fascinoso. Un primo molto buono, pizzicotti con broccoli e salsiccia di maiale come secondo coniglio alla cacciatora con olive leccino. Tutto molto buono. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

20/07/2025: We were invited by our company to review this well-known restaurant in Viterbo. The restaurant is charming and suitable for any type of dinner, from a casual gathering to a more sophisticated evening. We ordered: • an "Antica Caverna" appetizer • a beef tartare • a 1 kg Danish Florentine steak • two side dishes The tartare was truly excellent, fresh, and well-seasoned—definitely worth trying again in the future. The appetizer, however, disappointed us: it included cured meats that seemed packaged, and a selection of side dishes (dried tomatoes, mushrooms, chili peppers, eggplant, and probably zucchini) that clearly came from a jar. If you choose to use preserved products, it would be desirable to opt for better quality. The meat—the Florentine steak—was the highlight: excellent and cooked to perfection. Finally, the service was impeccable, attentive, and courteous.
19/07/2025: Fantastic, great experience. We'll be back soon. Low prices, excellent quality. I'd also add that the staff is incredibly friendly.
