Recommended by the owner of our B&B we decided to try the place. We arrived without booking, there was no free table inside. Mrs. Elisabetta offered us a table outside and we had a great time. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the dishes were really good and tasty (excellent tripe like the one grandma used to prepare, perfect lamb, good side dishes and a ricotta and sour cherry tart that, in addition to being a treat, was a discovery for us). We liked everything so much that my daughter and I went back the following evening!

Last night my husband and I had dinner at Archetto. We had a very good time both with the waitresses, who were nice and helpful, and with the food. The abundant and quality platter, divine aquacotta, very good asparagus and speck tagliolini and finally both the tripe and the trifle are worth the trip. The price is also adequate. Advised? Let's start with the angel. Very tasty, tender and well cooked meat. A cooking base that brings joy. The strozzapreti with artichokes and sausage were also good, not very intense in flavor and not too tied to the seasoning. Unique and enchanting place. Nice service and prices that are sustainable and affordable for everyone. Highly recommended!

We had lunch in this trattoria in the heart of Viterbo, we had a mixed platter of fettuccine with wild boar ragout, homemade amatriciana pasta, oxtail and beans, all with quality products even if everyone has their own tastes.

Il piacere di mangiare all' aperto e in un posto fascinoso. Un primo molto buono, pizzicotti con broccoli e salsiccia di maiale come secondo coniglio alla cacciatora con olive leccino. Tutto molto buono. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
