Very friendly staff and a very welcoming place! The dishes are traditional Viterbo dishes and very good.
I recommend anyone in the area to stop by and eat.

A very charming and characteristic restaurant located in the historic center of Viterbo. The dishes are original and well-prepared. A special mention goes to the spaghetti alla chitarra carbonara with local pork cheek: simply divine. Fairly priced. Highly recommended.

We just had dinner at this little restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The service is attentive, fast, and courteous. The traditional dishes are well-presented, generous, and delicious. The prices are more than fair. Highly recommended.

We had dinner with friends and were immediately greeted by the warmth of the place.
A small but very beautiful trattoria. The traditional dishes were simple but plentiful and beautifully cooked. The staff was kind and attentive. We spent the right amount, in fact less than other places, especially considering the excellent quality of the ingredients. We will definitely be back.

A pleasant day spent in Viterbo at the L'Archetto restaurant, where we ate well! The mixed platter was very tasty, featuring a delicious black cheese! Fried zucchini flowers, risotto, traditional pasta made with water and flour, fettuccine, and an excellent coda alla vaccinara. The desserts, however, were too sweet.

Una cucina semplice, casereccia, ma ricca di sapore.
Abbiamo deciso di fermarci a Viterbo per una pausa pranzo di rientro da un weekend toscano... abbandonare l'autostrada per raggiungere il ristorante ha allungato il viaggio ma ne è valsa la pena.
La location è piuttosto piccola quindi meglio chiamare e prenotare.
Il personale di sala molto garbato.
Il conto assolutamente in linea con la qualità dei prodotti e c'è da sottolineare che le porzioni sono generose.

Ristorante sulla piazza principale di Marino , con tavoli all’aperto.
Stile rustico, ambiente accogliente.
Abbiamo provato : carbonara e amatriciana, cottura perfetta, buoni gli ingredienti.
Molto buono l! abbacchio alla cacciatora.
Personale gentile.
