Family atmosphere and very courteous, we ate very well the top food!!! Highly recommended!!!

We ate outside, even though it was a bit cold, but there were mushrooms, so they were warming up. Excellent service. There was even a cover. We ate some spectacular meatballs. Good bread. Wine. I highly recommend it.

I booked for the second round 9.15pm but as I was nearby I tried to see if it was possible to get in earlier. We are greeted by a very kind girl who tells us that she had to check with her colleague, we are entrusted to the care of Pietro who tells us that it was not possible but since it was raining he suggests that we stop and wait with two glasses of wine. We enthusiastically accept the proposal and sit outside leaning on a small table sheltered from the rain but near a mushroom radiator. After 5 minutes he surprisingly brings us some bruschetta so we don't drink on an empty stomach, delicious and very welcome. Our table is freed up and we have dinner, a DELICIOUS dinner, the staff are very kind (Pietro, the girl and another boy whose name I don't know) we take a delicious cooked water, some pork rolls stuffed with bacon and sage, two fabulous side dishes, potatoes and chicory and we finish with a very good tiramisu, all while continuing to drink the wine that was brought to us while we waited. Bill €50.00 for two. In summary, very nice and comfortable place, delicious food and very fair price and really friendly staff. We will return here very often as we live nearby because the place is truly worth it. Well done and thanks

Excellent experience, delicious food and typical location.
The starter is very abundant as are the first courses, the house wine is good and the prices are in line with the rest.

I went to this restaurant for the first time less than a year ago. I asked an acquaintance of mine from Viterbo to show me a place where I could eat good typical dishes and he suggested L'Archetto. I had passed by it many times, but I hadn't had the chance to try it yet. Located in the historic center, this trattoria, a comfortable and welcoming place, has all the characteristics for lovers of good local cuisine. The menu changes often, to always provide dishes in line with seasonal products. The generous portions are served in a simple and tidy way. For those who wish or need to eat a little less, there is the possibility, offered by the staff, of ordering half portions. An excellent initiative, both to try multiple courses, but also to not waste food. Yesterday we had lunch there again and we were looked after by Elisabetta, a truly friendly person, capable of pampering the customer and making him feel at home. We were all satisfied with the quality of the food, the cleanliness, the kindness of all the staff and the decidedly honest prices. You gave us a very pleasant moment and we will return to visit you soon. I recommend booking.

IL RISTORANTE HA POCHI COPERTI
Detto ciò, ho prenotato per un pranzo di coppia, siamo venuti a Viterbo per vedere i mercatini di Natale (delusione assoluta, ma almeno il ristorante è stata una gioia).
Abbiamo iniziato con un tagliere composta da formaggi principalmente di capra e pecora (molto particolare il formaggio nero con cottura al carbone vegetale), broccoletti viola, ricotta di pecora, salumi del luogo tra cui salsiccia di fegato e normale, mortadella di cinghiale, coppa (soppressata) condita, coppa semplice, prosciutto stagionato, salame con una leggera presenza di finochiella (percepita e molto gradita, ma non siamo sicuri della sua presenza).
Per continuare abbiamo ordinato due primi; una porzione di "Fieno" (pasta all'uovo tipica Canepinese, tipologia di spaghetti estremamente fini) al sugo di costarelle con pezzi di salsicce alla finochiella (Mac. Pallucca) e una porzione di Lombrichelli Cacio e Pepe con Tartufo nero estivo, molto gradite e la cacio molto abbondante.
Per concludere, un dolcetto, crostata di visciole e ricotta locale e 1 caffè. LA CROSTATA CI HA FATTO SOGNARE!

Locale piccolino ma carino. Personale veramente gentile e veloce. Primi piatti molto gustosi e dalle porzioni generose. Secondi piatti ancora meglio. Fenomenale il cinghiale e le verdure di contorno. Molto buoni anche i dolci. Conto ottimo abbiamo speso circa €40 a testa. ( Primo, secondo, contorni, dolci e vino alla carta). Assolutamente consigliato
