Good food at a good price. I think the menu is a bit large, but no one can complain about the lack of options. I went for dinner early in the evening, when there wasn't much movement or noise, and I was served by a nice lady, I think she was the owner.

Don't be fooled by the look of the place! Yes, it is old, but the attention, kindness and cheapness make up for it (and the menu is huge!). A good option if you want to eat well and cheap!

I always come back willingly. I am now a regular customer once or twice a week. The environment is not luxurious but easy-going, the customers are "at home" thanks to the owner who "endures" the requests and stays there even when we lounge after coffee

Came to this restaurant with friends during our trip and had an excellent time. The food was amazing and the service was immaculate. Highly recommended, if you are looking for good vibes, good food, and a good time!

Had the cabonara, Spaghetti Al Cartoccio, Messicana, and Proscuitto Pizza. Loved everyone we ate. Bossman was a top chap, friendly, sliced our pizzas, and was welcoming despite my beginner Italian. Can’t wait to go back again🤟🤟🤟

We were in Milano for 2 days as tourists. There is an English menu. We were also understood properly. Great wine and great food. Boss and staff very friendly. I would say one of the best meals we had on our vacation. Clear recommendation!

21/04/2025: The best Spontini of all the ones we tried in Milan. And it's not true that pizza is the same everywhere. In Papiniano the staff is courteous and attentive, kind, spontaneous and reliable. Nik, the Betty and the wonderful manager himself make that place a fixed point for a family lunch. The pizza is the best of all!!!! When you enter you are welcomed as if you were a person (not a receipt!!) by everyone! I recommend it
