Historic, the Approdo: it was the fixed appointment of high-level cuisine throughout Calabria. Lately he had lost himself a bit, but now he is recovering great. With the new management and the arrival of chef Giuseppe Romano, who has joined the excellent resident Agostino Bilotta, the path in taste is assured.
The menu is varied and capable of satisfying every palate: take advice from the excellent dining room staff, and you will be sure to return.

Etwas unerwartet empfängt uns ein sehr gehobenes Restaurant mit großem Außenbereich. Sehr gute mediterrane Küche, top Service, preislich an der Obergrenze. Lohnt sich!!

The "L'Approdo" restaurant always remains a certainty. Excellent location, excellent service and super excellent what you eat. Absolutely worth trying.

A True Little Gem!
We’ve been to this restaurant twice now, and it never disappoints. The food is simply incredible – from the fresh oysters to the perfectly cooked fish and delicious desserts, every dish is a delight. The wine selection is also excellent, pairing wonderfully with the meals. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a fantastic place for any occasion. We will definitely be coming back again with my wife. Highly recommend!

Fish restaurant offering classic dishes, an innovative twist is offered at the beginning of dinner, the grouper meatball on clam cream.
The Cotto di mare, or steamed cuttlefish (they seemed insignificant but were good), octopus in salad with potatoes and celery, stuffed courgette flower and well-executed gratin scampi
Spaghetti with sea urchins and clams, delicious (if you don't like sea urchins, they are very strong)
Tagliolini creamed in butter with caviar, oyster sauce and sea water (delicious but risky dish, if you are unlucky, it arrives overcooked... sigh!)
“d’amo” grouper stew with seafood (tasty grouper and tasty stew, excellent dish)
Fried paranza (tiny squid, more than crunchy, the other fish, classics of paranza).
Coffee not up to par!

Abbiamo alloggiato all’hotel, e prenotato cena al loro ristorante: ottima cena, una spigola superba, pane e grissini squisiti, dolce molto particolare! E staff molto gentile!

We ate at Approdo which is a starred restaurant and in fact the prices are not as good for the quality of the dishes which are not worth the amount spent €100 two first courses and one second course to be divided between two people
