Fish tasting menu dinner. 55 euros, 4 dishes and 4 glasses. 1) Shrimp in saor with Friulian sauvignon blanc, a great pairing. 2) Gnocchi with clams and broccoli cream. Not very tasty, some bottarga would have been nice. Paired with a Colli di Luni vermentino, also unbalanced on white pulp fruit. 3) Chardonnay drunk on octopus in provola fondue and caramelized radicchio. On the nose dull, but in the mouth its flavor was an excellent counterpoint to the sweetness of the dish. 4) Recioto di Soafe drunk with Baileys cream semifreddo. Neutral on the nose, a mortal sin for a sweet wine. Congratulations to the establishment: chef and dining room brigade.
