Always wonderful, dishes always well thought out and presented, calm, balanced and comfortable environment, very good chef both in the kitchen and in the dining room, very good at explaining and understanding tastes, very empathetic and proactive

Very intimate restaurant with few seats, excellent food with quality products..

Fish tasting menu dinner. €55, 4 dishes and 4 glasses. 1) Shrimp in saor with Friulian Sauvignon Blanc, a great pairing. 2) Gnocchi with clams and creamed broccoli. Not very savory, with some bottarga. Paired with a Colli di Luni Vermentino, also balanced on white fruit. 3) Chardonnay served with octopus in provola fondue and caramelized radicchio. On the nose, it was dull, but on the palate, its savory flavor was an excellent counterpoint to the sweetness of the dish. 4) Recioto di Soafe served with Baileys cream semifreddo. Neutral on the nose, a mortal sin for a sweet wine. Kudos to the establishment: chef and dining room staff.
