It's good, but as a Florentine, I recommend: - adding a little seasoning to the broth; - using much less pepper; - dipping the top half of the sandwich into the broth just a little before closing it.

01/02/2026: Brazilian friends, Osteria Buongustai is a rare gem in Florence, run by women – Angela, Lucia, and Laura. Their energy creates a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere with authentic cuisine. Unlike other restaurants geared only towards tourists, here you feel their pride in what they serve. The pasta is excellent, they have daily specials, the kitchen is open so you can watch the preparation, and best of all: the price is excellent. If you're looking for a genuinely Florentine experience and want to support a local business, this is the place. It's worth a visit.
30/01/2026: Great place for a quick lunch. Crespelle, pasta, trippa... All tasty. The BEST fegatino crostini in the city.

L'Angolo Del Mare

10/01/2026: I've lived in Florence for 17 years. Honestly, I've never eaten fish this good. Served, cooked, delivered, etc., a 10 with honors and not much. I'd give them a star. I haven't eaten like this even at Riva di Mare. Guys, hang in there, you're number 1.
19/12/2025: Excellent in every way. Definitely the best seafood restaurant in Florence right now. Superlative quality of ingredients, impeccable service, and impeccable location. The desserts are also excellent. Highly recommended.
