No wait in the early afternoon. Tripe is definitely different. Cheap. Ask for spicy and salsa verde.

That guy is a legend. Most will go for the lampredotto that is indeed fantastic but the bollito was the actual star of the night. Slow cooked in Chianti wine, perfectly accompanied by the bread dipped in sauce. If you can, try both!

If you happen to pass by and like meat, I recommend you to try Bollito here. It is made from beef neck meat and is a very soft, fluffy meat. Since it is sauced, it never gets stale while eating and since the meat does not dry out and remains slightly juicy, it was very enjoyable to eat. When we asked the employee if it was beef, he understood that we were Turkish and told us with a few Turkish words that it was made from neck meat. The price was also quite reasonable.

The beef burger is pretty good, it is made from neck meat. The guy who makes it knows a little Turkish. He has Turkish friends. When he is not there, Pakistanis work. Order it spicy, I think it tastes better. We ordered 2 burgers and 1 coke and paid 19.50 eu.
