I had the tripe burger and a little spicy, but the tripe was better. It was perfect when eaten with cola. If you usually like beef tripe, you can eat it very deliciously.

It was the best thing I ate in all of Italy, my true feelings. We ate expensive steak elsewhere, the smell and the meat was very bad.

I don't have photos of the lampredotto sandwich because I ate it in about 10 seconds... very good!! With green sauce and chilli, it has a burst of flavor that surpasses the other tripe shops in the area... bono bono

Il panino per eccellenza… e poi cortesia e simpatia. Un angolo un po’ nascosto, ma sempre piacevole da riscoprire. Tutto davvero perfetto!

14/05/2025: Food and service were great. We got the cannelloni, wild boar pappardelle, florentine steak with spinach and potatoes and chicken cacciatore. The steak was really rare but I think that’s just how the Florentine steak is served.
03/05/2025: We didn’t have a reservation and they were fully booked out but because we got there at opening at 7pm the host gave us a table which wasn’t reserved until 8:45pm which was so nice and lots of time for us to eat our meal!! We ate right at the front of the restaurant which was a little too quiet. I think if we’d been more in the back the atmosphere would’ve been perfect. That being said it was beautiful and the gnocchi we had was incredible. The Florentine steak (even the portion for 1 was enough for 2) was good as well and the roasted potatoes were INSANE. I almost dropped to my knees they were so good. Overall a beautiful, more upscale place that I’d recommend to anyone - just book a reso!!
