The meatballs inside are delicious. But the burger buns were a bit underwhelming. If you go when there aren't many people, they might give you stale buns, so I recommend going during peak hours when the place is busy and turnover is high.

It's a very delicious buffet. When we arrived, they realized we were Turkish and showed us the meat we could eat, saying "neck meat." It was very nice that they said "slightly spicy." But the hamburger was amazing; the neck meat was soggy, the bread was dipped in the sauce, and they added plenty of meat and parsley sauce between the buns – it was perfect. We initially ordered one, then another, and another! 🤣 Don't forget to order the Bollito beef!

If you ever go to Florence, you absolutely must try it... There's nothing like it... It's similar to our tandoor but in my opinion, it's tastier. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, they know a few words of Turkish like "tandoor" and "acı" (spicy/spicy)...

29/12/2025: Acquacotta is a family-run restaurant with great attention to detail, both in terms of ingredients, menu, and decor. The service is friendly and efficient, and the menu is more varied than most tourist restaurants in Florence. We had a 1.3 kg Florentine steak for two, delicious! We'll be back.
