Great traditional fiorentine food 😁 absolutely loved it

Already intrigued by the kind words and, above all, the inviting photos I saw on Google, I decided to dive into this avalanche of flavors. The two gentlemen running the cart, dynamic and easygoing, deftly move between sandwiches, plates, and succulent lampredotto. The menu selection is vast, branching out into sandwiches and baskets, best accompanied by a generous slice of bread. The lampredotto sandwich, su maestà, complete or with salt and pepper, salsa verde, or spicy sauce, is the star. The lamb's stomach, framed by a rosette soaked in meat broth, is crispy yet tender on the palate. A red wine to accompany it, and the experience can begin. Not only lampredotto, but also tripe, boiled meat, and porchetta, beating everyone else around. A highly recommended experience and definitely one to repeat.

The tripe here is pretty good; it would be perfect if it were stewed a little softer.

The tripe buns cost six euros. The staff were lively and energetic. After ordering, you can eat next to the table; there are seats available. I thought it was pretty good. It's rare to find food that suits my Asian palate since coming to Italy; it was hot and delicious.

The owner of the roadside beef tripe bun stall is very enthusiastic in introducing the product; the portion is quite large and the ingredients are very generous.

Amazing Lampredotto! The stomach pieces are thick and juicy and more flavourful compared to other places, highly recommeneded 😇

Fantastic people, fresh tripe, boiled meat and lampredotto, also vegetarian sandwiches and fried food and sandwiches of all kinds!!!

Fantastic fare in a traditional Firenze style...who knew that Tripe could taste this good ? Been on this market spot for many decades and you can see why...Street food done well with really accommodating staff who are happy that you enjoy their wonderful traditions. No fancy food but hearty peasant food from a bygone age. From €5 what's not to like ?! If you are thinking that all the other foods in Florence seem expensive or too similar, have a treat...and eat some wonderful tripe
