Beautiful relais to stay in, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. I recommend the rooms in the watchtower, where you can truly experience what it's like to stay in a castle. The suites in the watchtower are large, spacious, some with a fireplace and whirlpool tub. The bathrooms are large with antique-style furnishings. The relais is structured on various levels of the village and the rooms are located around the village. I highly recommend trying the spa, I was lucky and when I booked it I was the only one so I thoroughly enjoyed it. I also recommend the massages, the girls are very good and super professional. In summer you can also use the outdoor swimming pool.

Con mia moglie abbiamo pernottato presso la struttura "antico borgo di tabiano castello" con annesso ristorante. Location fantastica con richiami al passato... Con prodotti tipici locali, tra antipasti, primi e dolci, impossibile non essere soddisfatti. Personale cortese ed attento ai particolari. Consigliato!!

Glad we stayed something so different then we normally do. Valeria was one of the young woman running things and was truly delightful. The spa was not available but room was clean and charm and setting were what set it apart.

Il ristorante è collocato nell'antico Borgo di Tabiano Castello all'interno dei locali di un vecchio caseificio completamente ristrutturato, ma che ha mantenuto la bellezza del rustico originale. È immerso nelle colline e il locale dispone di un'ampia terrazza estiva con veduta sullo splendido panorama circostante. La cucina è raffinata ed i cibi freschissimi, il menù propone diverse alternative, spaziando dalla carne al pesce. Il ristorante dispone di pane e pasta per celiaci ed il personale è molto gentile. Abbiamo ordinato come antipasti calamari ripieni su una crema di peperoni e polipo con purea di patate, seguiti da gnocchi al pesce e carré di agnello, il tutto davvero squisito. L'unica pecca: ho preso un calice di guttornio in quanto come vini al calice avevano poca scelta, ma non era buono. Il ristorante dispone però di un'ottima cantina, consiglio pertanto di prendere una bottiglia
