L’Antico Caseificio In Salsomaggiore terme

Il ristorante è collocato nell'antico Borgo di Tabiano Castello all'interno dei locali di un vecchio caseificio completamente ristrutturato, ma che ha mantenuto la bellezza del rustico originale. È immerso nelle colline e il locale dispone di un'ampia terrazza estiva con veduta sullo splendido panorama circostante. La cucina è raffinata ed i cibi freschissimi, il menù propone diverse alternative, spaziando dalla carne al pesce. Il ristorante dispone di pane e pasta per celiaci ed il personale è molto gentile. Abbiamo ordinato come antipasti calamari ripieni su una crema di peperoni e polipo con purea di patate, seguiti da gnocchi al pesce e carré di agnello, il tutto davvero squisito. L'unica pecca: ho preso un calice di guttornio in quanto come vini al calice avevano poca scelta, ma non era buono. Il ristorante dispone però di un'ottima cantina, consiglio pertanto di prendere una bottiglia

I spent a weekend in the ancient village, being able to savor good taste again, definitely a place where elegance and know-how come together. The restaurant is surrounded by a bucolic atmosphere with the setup made up of fresh flowers on the tables and white curtains, excellent dishes and proportionate portions, the discreet and kind staff with that attention to the customer that is no longer taken for granted nowadays . Breakfast is also served in the same room and I found it vast and for everyone (I noticed the lactose-free yogurt), the view from the terrace is the icing on the cake. The structure is enchanting with obsessive care starting from the gardens which present a vast selection of plants, well-kept and clean common areas, the spacious rooms where you can spend the night pampered and relaxed. Note of merit to the staff: Kindness, discretion and savoir faire are the three words that best describe the people who manage to make this place unique.

Splendid castle (private residence that can be visited by reservation) and an excellent location for weddings. Mandatory stop for anyone passing through Parma. the guide then, exceptional, friendly and super engaging.

Was great to be back. Fantastic views from all areas/houses. It keeps you fit walking up and down... Breakfast was great, various options, efficient service with the entire variety of coffees. They have a great service to deliver and pick up the bags from the parking. Thx again, our entire team loved it.
