We were there last Saturday. Given the reviews, we had high expectations but were quite disappointed. The restaurant offers refined cuisine but the results are questionable. In particular, we did not appreciate the hot-cold combinations (among other things not specified in the menu) of some dishes. Not to mention the bran peppers on the cod flan, excessively bitter and totally covering. The desserts, however, are very good (pistachio cream and liquorice mousse).
Excellent service but a high bill (115 euros for two).
I honestly wouldn't go back.

Our first meal in Italy did not disappoint. It started with the kindest staff welcoming us. We speak little Italian but that did not get in the way of a rich experience. We highly recommend the tasting menu. The food was optimal!

We came to eat last night. Table set in an elegant and refined manner, very kind staff. Very good and unique dishes, we were very satisfied. My girlfriend and I shared the various courses, which were still plentiful: as an appetizer we took a stracciatella with marinated prawns, pistachios and raspberry powder; as a first course, sea bass ravioli, potato sauce, licorice powder, nettle and citrus fruits and as a second course, seared tuna with red fruit sauce, green apple and hazelnuts (half of it in the photo). Very tasty dishes. Desserts equally good. Price a little above average, but honest for what you eat. We will definitely come back to visit you, thank you

Cucina ricercata ed impeccabile , territorio e tradizione in chiave moderna , piatti semplici con abbinamenti particolari .
Lo sformato di baccalà con crema di ceci , polvere di peperone crusco e crostino alla liquirizia - un antipasto favoloso , le mezze candele con ragù di seppia cremina di pomodoro giallo e goccia di nduja - un primo da scarpetta , hamburger di pesce spada con cipolla rossa di tropea e bergamotto - favoloso .
Se dovessi consigliare un ristorante a Morano calabro questo è l'indirizzo giusto .

Este restaurante sirvió algunos de los mejores alimentos que comimos en Calabria y el anfitrión era muy acogedor e interesado en lo que pensamos de su comida. El sarro crudo de langostinos está entre mis mejores comidas. Los tamaños de las porciones eran enormes, estaba bien valorado y tuvimos un poco de vino encantador. El menú degustación era exuberante.
