Second: sliced with excellent green pepper, then they serve you together with different types of salt which I appreciated very much

After all was lost all joy what this place bring. We was group of 18 persons, after I made reservation manager asked me to pay 20€ per person in advance. It’s ok, I did that of course. Me and one person choose 5 dishes menu, what was excellent. We didn’t knew what we will have, but ousters, carpaccio, meet, pasta with trifles- was amazing. Michelin restaurant experience. Waitresses was so careful and friendly.
But what was disappointing.. other people didn’t choose so expensive experience for 100€ per persons, some choose desert and drink, some main dishes. We payed more that 700€ in total. Manager was angry that other persons was choose so less at his point, he said that I should talk before with them that in this kind restaurant persons should choose more food, that he had extra waitress and pay more money. Restaurant what not full, no one stayed at the doors. Even that my experience of food was exelent I will never come back there with any group because at no restaurant no one talked with me this way. I’m a client not their worker.

Iet me start by saying, i'm not a picky eater, i usually always finish my meal and my wives. Of the four of us, 3 loved their meal. Two of us ordered ribeye steaks. We both got T-Bones with a tiny stip of steak on the Porterhouse side. One of us loved his.
I ordered mine medium, the waiter asked "medium rare", "no, medium". It came rare. I tried to cut it, it was so stingy that I tried 2 different steak knives to cut it. It was a struggle. Very disappointing. We also ordered a Caprese salad. Maybe 5 inches accross, small round tomatoes with what appeared to be ricotta cheese scooped on them. The oddest Caprese I've ever seen.
This review is strictly a review of my meal. Like i said, the others loved theirs.

Vegetarians welcome! My partner ordered the most amazing truffle pasta of her life. Truffle oil in the cream and fresh truffles sliced on top at the table. Tasting it almost makes you cry with joy.

Pricey but very good quality with excellent service sums up our experience. Extensive wine menu and the waiter gave us a good local red wine recommendation based on our budget of €50 (bottles ranged for €30-600+)
My husband had kangaroo tartare and I had the cold cuts and cheese to start. Both large portions and very tasty. We chose the chateaubriand as a main which was cooked to perfection however there was a lot of meat! Ours weighed in at 800g which was €100. Bill topped out at €250.

Restaurant qui joue l'authenticité plutôt que le bling-bling. Viande magnifique, cuisson parfaite, dans la cheminée ou pas, pâtes à la truffe très généreuse. Une cuisine honnête et maîtrisée. Les prix sont comparables aux prix français, la quantité en plus.
