Impeccable food quality, one cannot say otherwise, both in terms of cuisine and top-quality raw materials.
We were just a little taken aback by the fact that in a restaurant that defines itself as "specializing in meat" on January 1st a rather limited menu was offered, in which, of 4 starters, two were fish, one vegetarian and only one based on kangaroo meat!!!
Same scheme for the first courses.
Excellent choice of meats, however, for the second courses.
Let's say that the menus available on The Fork suggested a wider and undoubtedly less "exotic" range of choices.
Medium-high prices, but in line with the quality level of the dishes.

Lunch with my wife. Upon entering the atmosphere is ok. Never mind the staff, a friendliness never seen in a restaurant. The waitress took an order so listlessly that I had to stop her to ask for the side dish and the wine. They made us feel uncomfortable. Never again.... Never mind the exaggerated bill. For dessert we had the mixed chocolates which in the end consisted of four whitened chocolate discs that looked like those used in cake decorations... remove it from the menu instead.

A certainty for those who love meat and a bit of refinement in some dishes. Excellent wine list and very honest prices. I go as soon as I can because it's truly a pleasure.

Very nice place and very good meat. It offers various types of maturation and the staff is very friendly. Excellent cellar. Very good price/quality. We had a Florentine steak cooked on the grill in the fireplace. I have to say it was really good. Well done and congratulations.

Pricey but very good quality with excellent service sums up our experience. Extensive wine menu and the waiter gave us a good local red wine recommendation based on our budget of €50 (bottles ranged for €30-600+)
My husband had kangaroo tartare and I had the cold cuts and cheese to start. Both large portions and very tasty. We chose the chateaubriand as a main which was cooked to perfection however there was a lot of meat! Ours weighed in at 800g which was €100. Bill topped out at €250.

Restaurant qui joue l'authenticité plutôt que le bling-bling. Viande magnifique, cuisson parfaite, dans la cheminée ou pas, pâtes à la truffe très généreuse. Une cuisine honnête et maîtrisée. Les prix sont comparables aux prix français, la quantité en plus.
