Lanterna Blu In Imperia

I'm in love with Imperia. Like every year, almost like a ritual, I have to go to Lanterna Blu to relive the same experience that has been with me since I was a child. La Lanterna Blu isn't just a restaurant; it's the symbol of this beautiful province. It's a magical place characterized by an elegant, distinguished, clean, and comfortable setting. Max makes you feel right at home, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. But let's move on to the dishes. What can I say? They're in keeping with the location and could sum it all up in one word: "Quality." The catch of the day I ate was sublime; the ingredients were fresh and served with care and elegance, the attention to the customer and their needs was attentive, and the wine list was vast. All these qualities should be taken for granted, but unfortunately, these days they're not easy to find in the restaurant world. In short, maybe it's just me who has a soft spot for this place, but it's definitely a place worth visiting if you're in the area. See you soon, Max.
