L'Angolo Tondo In Lucca

We visited L’Angolo Tondo on January 1st and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was exceptional – very attentive, warm, and dedicated. We especially appreciated that the staff took the time to explain the menu and their recommendations to us perfectly in English. We were a group of four adults with a baby in a stroller, and they were incredibly accommodating. They actively helped us choose a table, ensuring we had plenty of space and felt comfortable at all times. The food was excellent: We opted for the chef's five-course tasting menu, which we absolutely loved. Every course was delicious and beautifully presented – a true culinary delight. We will definitely return as soon as we are back in Lucca and wholeheartedly recommend L’Angolo Tondo.

A very warm and welcoming location, with quality ingredients cooked to perfection. The tataki heart was magnificent and very refined.

Excellent restaurant, I recommend it

Absolutely delicious! The fish rice was incredibly flavorful, and every dish we ordered was delicious! The panna coda for dessert was also fantastic!

The best meal in Lucca! Both the food and service were top-notch. I felt this restaurant was run by a group of professional and passionate young people. The chef selects seasonal ingredients, and it's also suitable for Asian palates. The waiters were humble and polite, professionally explaining each dish. Before leaving work, they even came to wish us a Buona giornata! (Their refined manners were captivating).

A place in a special location in Lucca, with an interior that evokes the city's history. The staff was extremely polite, kind, and helpful, and the dishes were incredible. I recommend the egg with pumpkin mousse as an appetizer, a unique combination of flavors, a score of 10. Next, I tried the risotto with truffle and fire-roasted pear, along with many other very special ingredients. The unique, refined flavors were truly exquisite, and not to mention the desserts... a unique discovery of flavors. The music and the atmosphere were beautiful and incredibly comfortable.
