We had a wonderful time. The food was excellent. The owner was attentive and knew how to recommend dishes and wines. We'll definitely be back.

A welcoming restaurant with good quality cuisine and carefully prepared dishes. Friendly and helpful service, a pleasant atmosphere. Some details could be improved (long wait times/portions not always generous), but overall a great experience. Recommended for those looking to eat well in Roccaraso.

The place is very cute and welcoming. There's seating on the wooden veranda and some outdoor seating, which is nice in the summer. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Reservations are recommended, as seating is limited. Prices are high.

Very nice place, typical of the area.
Friendly staff, well-presented dishes, both on the menu and in the plating. Some are good, some less so, but overall a good compromise. Service is a bit slow.

Excellent value for money.
A very pleasant, informal atmosphere. Excellent service, genuine courtesy, never artificial; great availability and a warm welcome.
No pressure from the staff to make room for other customers.
The desserts are also good, and even the coffee (!), a sore point in 98% of Italian restaurants.
Aside from the quality of the food, the simple and welcoming approach is the restaurant's distinguishing feature.
The appearance and layout of the restaurant are very pleasant.

A wonderful experience with interesting pairings. Fresh ricotta and truffle crostini with roasted caciocavallo cheese and truffles, and stuffed mushrooms paired with a Chardonnay were an excellent appetizer.
The sliced beef was remarkable... and the Sicilian cannoli were equally as delicious.

Ristorante che serve piatti ottimi e originali con ingredienti semplici e della tradizione locale come gli orapi. Locale grazioso e arioso nonostante sia al centro del paese circondato dalle vecchie case. Proprietario gentilissimo e giustamente orgoglioso della sua cucina.

Arduino offers traditional Abruzzo cuisine using high-quality local products. The restaurant is located among the town's historic houses. Among the first courses, the chitarra with wild oriole is a must-try, as is the chitarra with truffles. The meat is excellent, especially the lamb and the tagliata. Dessert, coffee, and amaro complete the meal. Prices reflect the excellent quality of the products.

A fantastic find! The owner is friendly and helpful. We arrived without a reservation with two small children, including a stroller, and he accommodated us in the best possible way. He gave us excellent advice on what to eat and was available for any needs we had. Highly recommended!
