Among the best restaurants in the area, the staff and owner Arduino are kind and super welcoming. The quality of the raw materials is excellent and the dishes are served with care.

L'Angolo del Gusto is that restaurant where you can taste mountain products in a context of refinement and particular combinations. It is an excellent choice for those who want to experience a holiday also from a culinary point of view. This place stands out for its revisited Abruzzo cuisine, always with excellent quality products. The place is quieter than the nearby places, touristy but definitely more fascinating from our point of view. If you visit Rivisondoli, L'Angolo del Gusto is a must for those who want to eat well and immerse themselves in the culinary tradition of Abruzzo.

Excellent. It is not simply a restaurant but an experience to try. Beautiful location enclosed within the silence of the ancient walls with a view of the cathedral. Excellent food, excellent raw materials. Polite and fast service. The owner is in love with the territory and the surrounding raw materials but does not disdain to also suggest some outside the region (the Sicilian cannoli are excellent). Fair price and on average with the competition. Absolutely coming back.

25/11/2024: Absolutely GIN TONIC! An enormous choice of gins, all high-level labels, ditto for the tonics, the not at all obvious combination of the two elements together with spices and fragrances with Henry's mastery and empathy make for a gin and tonic experience that is absolutely worth trying.

16/11/2024: Dinner as a couple. We returned after 2 years because the last time we were so impressed by the food, the location and the service, so much so that we ate there two days in a row (lunch and dinner). Nothing to take away from the location and the service (always very kind and always with a smile), this time we were a little disappointed by the cuisine, it seems that something has changed. We ordered a pulled venison sandwich, delicious!!! 😍 Followed by a guitar with wild boar ragù and a Jerusalem artichoke risotto: the ragù was excellent but unfortunately I expected the guitar to be different, I don't want to say too much but it didn't seem homemade... For the risotto it looked like a risotto based on parmesan and Jerusalem artichoke there was no trace only of the chips placed on the rice. I was expecting a creamed risotto with Jerusalem artichoke cream. Follow the duck! Accompanied by pumpkin and black cabbage...a little too far ahead of cooking for my tastes. All accompanied by a Primitivo di Manduria Mezzanotte, good wine! I would have gladly done an encore! We care a lot about this place and we will return, because we hope that it was just an accident and that next time it will satisfy our palate as best as possible 😀
08/10/2024: I was very disappointed by a place that is not a simple restaurant Having an allergy to pepper, I couldn't eat any first course since they all contained pepper except the Genoese. Upon my request to have a first course off the menu, even a simple one, I was denied on the premise that the place was completely empty, we were only two customers. I deduce that the chef is either lazy or unimaginative.
