Good restaurant, there aren't many in the area. Homemade pasta is particularly appreciated, from gnocchi to lasagna, with the possibility of seasoning it as you see fit. The waiting times, if you go on Saturday or Sunday, are longer, also because they have little staff.

25/11/2024: Ottimo posto vicino a Spoleto. Locale accogliente e caratteristico. Abbiamo pranzato con ottimi piatti della tradizione umbra. Un posto da provare..... il personale è stato affabile ed efficiente. Tutto molto bene.... ci tornerò.
19/10/2024: At Peppe in the chateau you always eat well! Always always! Every time I go back I find them improved! I came back after some time and I confirm everything! Plus they created a very nice outdoor terrace with a bistro atmosphere! Well done! Always great! Always the best in Spoleto! I was there last night and always had a great time!

12/12/2024: Absolutely delicious Umbrian cuisine. Some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. The burrata mozzarella tortelli with pistachio pesto are a must try.
08/12/2024: We found hospitality and kindness. We only took the first one, everything was excellent.
