The best pastry bar in Rome. They still use vanilla beans for the custard. The croissants are perfect as are the cappuccinos when Bartolomeo makes them. The other bankers are not so good but they will learn. Polite and kind staff.

Among the best coffees in the area. The Sachertorte is excellent and, with a little more softness, can be compared to the best Viennese examples. Kind and polite boys, girls much less so. But it can be improved. Then on Saturday morning, perhaps also due to the many people present, on the ground and around, there wasn't the best possible cleanliness.

Pasticcini molto buoni e personale gentile.

Demontis è eccezionale per la colazione cornetto e cappuccino. Il burro di qualità nei cornetti si fa sentire: fragranza, dolcezza e croccantezza sono sempre al posto giusto. Ammetto di aver provato tutti i bar nei dintorni, e che, essendo pazzo per i cornetti, posso dire che qua troverete il migliore! Provate anche quello alla mela, non stupendo visivamente, ma davvero pazzesco! Bravi :)
