A fantastic experience. The quality of the food is truly top-notch, and so is the staff, who are truly wonderful. We tasted the traditional, handmade dishes, which were truly unforgettable. It's a shame they only have so few locations; they could really expand because they would be unrivaled. SILVIA

The food was great, homemade and fresh, typical Italian. Service was super fast. The place is perfect to stay for good quality lunch on the way back from vacation. I will have it on my list to visit again when I'm travelling through Italy 😍

14/06/2025: An authentic Florentine experience: not to be missed! We went to Osteria dell’Oca and we left enthusiastically! The appetizer started with a bang: off-menu zucchini flowers, fried to perfection with a light and crunchy batter, simply delicious. Next, the pici cacio e pepe: creamy, tasty, perfectly cooked. For the second course we couldn’t help but try the tagliata: very tender, cooked to perfection, with a strong but balanced flavor. The real star, however, was the prisoner’s dish — lampredotto, boiled tripe and tongue — a truly mystical experience for the palate. Authentic and intense flavors, a dive into the most genuine Florentine tradition. All accompanied by two excellent glasses of Chianti that enhanced each course. A special applause goes to the manager: a true host from another era, welcoming, warm, who makes you feel at home from the first moment. Really exceptional quality/price ratio. A place where you eat well, feel good and come back willingly.

05/10/2025: Our first Argentinean dinner. We had meat empanadas (excellent, well-spiced, and homemade), grilled offal, and two grilled cuts of meat accompanied by baked potatoes and grilled vegetables. The quality of the meat was excellent, flavorful, and well-cooked, as were the flavorful vegetables. The meat prices were fair for Florence and the portion, but the vegetables at €8 were really high for the amount served. The wine list was well-stocked, with a selection of reasonably priced Argentine wines. I recommend the Saurus we ordered (so called because it was grown on the same vineyard where they found the remains of the world's largest dinosaur, now on display in New York!). The bathroom was spacious and clean. The owners were friendly, approachable, and full of personality. Service was a bit slow, but not a problem when you're in the company of a good glass of wine.
05/09/2025: In the historic center of Florence, in a characteristic setting, this excellent restaurant offers typical Argentine dishes prepared with quality ingredients, delights even for the pickiest and most hungry (very generous portions)! The precise and attentive service is guaranteed by the kind and courteous staff. Good value for money. Definitely recommended.
