Chef Cinalli is second to none. He combines the imagination and flair of an expert and refined chef with traditional Abruzzo dishes. Both meat and fish are of the highest quality. The desserts are incredibly delicious and original. Highly recommended.

Whenever I'm in the area, I always stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant offers excellent local menus. The staff is friendly and professional.

Very kind staff, comfortable room, water available, slippers, bathroom products, air conditioning (be careful, all windows must be closed otherwise it jams), very good buffet breakfast, nice swimming pool (even if we didn't use it), parking....!!!

Absolutely loved my stay here in Atessa! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious every morning, and the rooms were spotless and beautifully kept. Would definitely come back! Thank you so much for beautiful expirenece

The hotel and restaurant are worthy of its 4-star reputation, with extremely helpful, professional, and, above all, friendly staff. A stone's throw from the sea and centrally located for business. I recommend it for both business and leisure.

Ristorante Pizzeria Caruso

26/10/2025: Perhaps the best arrosticini I've ever eaten in the world. The highest quality. If it's available, try the Cuban, a sweet cigar-shaped dish that's sprinkled with rum on the spot and served in a dish shaped like an ashtray. An experience. Definitely worth returning to.
26/09/2025: What can I say? For me, this is the best restaurant ever. Everything was superb, top quality, the staff was always available, the place was truly stunning and impeccable. Highly recommended!
