Locale inaspettatamente grande, con arredi moderni ed eleganti ed un parcheggio da fare invidia ad un supermercato. Materia prima di qualità ben cucinata, pesce squisito (frittura super leggera e saporita). Una volta seduta al tavolo ti dimentichi di essere a Lunata. Il servizio buono, ma non sempre attento e puntuale. Prezzi onesti.

We returned last Wednesday for dinner, we ate very well, the staff as always very kind and the owner very affable. The place is very nice and well looked after. The desserts are fantastic and prepared with great care and the presentation is also excellent.

Locale old style piuttosto grande, ma molto affollato al sabato sera. Sono andato senza grosse aspettative, ma ne sono rimasto soddisfatto. Ho ordinato spaghetti alle vongole e una grigliata di pesce come secondo. Saporiti e gustosi i primi, di qualità anche la grigliata. Il servizio è attento, ma si è rivelato un po' lento. Comprensibile visto che il ristorante traboccava di gente. Uno dei punti di forza è sicuramente il conto. Difficile trovare del pesce ben cucinato a quei prezzi. Consigliato

The food was very good... fish cooked very well and delicious. For me, crepes made with salad are the best and most delicate dessert I have ever eaten... I would give 10 stars if it were possible.

10/05/2025: Friendly service, beautiful setting, the carbonara di mare was one of the best dishes of our trip!
08/05/2025: I always return to this historic restaurant in the picturesque Via San Giorgio in Lucca. Varied but not dispersive menu. Authentic dishes, made with love. Especially the first ones. Spaghetti with special clams; I also recommend tortelli lucchesi, tomino, bruschetta. Incredible meat tartare and fillet. Last Saturday, at lunch, we were surprised by the generous portions (a rarity in Lucca these days) and the honest prices. Friendly and competent staff. The owners know how to welcome and take care of customers and are always ready to advise with a smile, but also with great discretion and education.
