Classic seafood restaurant, nothing special, exorbitant dishes 20 euros for spaghetti with clams (which were actually lupini beans), everything else also average.

On Saturday, we celebrated a special occasion, and Alessio, with his extraordinary cuisine, won over all my guests. The fish is incredibly fresh, the fried fish is tender, and the baby octopus... simply dreamy! The portions are generous and tasty, and the staff is always extremely kind and attentive. L'Ancora Restaurant is a true guarantee: here, you always feel at home, and every special occasion is truly unforgettable.

Off-season and during the week, it's a very pleasant and lively beach. We had a great time and even had lunch at the restaurant, where we had excellent spaghetti with clams, a very good grilled fish, and a mixed seafood appetizer. It's highly recommended, but again, I'm not talking about an experience in July or August.

A wonderful discovery! The beach was spotless, as were the loungers and umbrellas. We found the atmosphere quiet and truly comfortable, with friendly staff. We booked a table at the restaurant for lunch and had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly, and we ate deliciously, with excellent value for money, which is not always a given these days. Kudos to the sommelier: he was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and knows how to put guests at ease. In short... we chose him by chance, but from now on, it's our little corner of paradise in Maccarese. Thank you!!!

03/01/2026: At the end of our vacation in Rome we came here, the most delicious place we ate at without question. Excellent place, excellent service, very very delicious food
31/12/2025: Excellent Italian food. No hummus or anything like that, just amazing pasta and pizza. A little far from the center but worth every minute, really affordable prices (half a liter of good wine for 7 euros) and kosher Halav Israel.

24/10/2025: The bartender was super friendly and helpful. The food was truly amazing, these sandwiches with pulled meat, cooked at a low temperature... We'll definitely be back! The beer was excellent and well-tasted.
