Accompanying the service is Domenico, the son, who takes care of the room with kindness and professionalism, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. His wife Mimma, on the other hand, adds a special touch to the management of the restaurant, making guests feel at home. During my visit, I appreciated not only the quality of the food but also the human warmth that characterizes this unique place. Domenica a pranzo. Locale elegante anche se inaspettato vedendo l'esterno. La sala ristorante è al primo piano salendo delle scale. Abbiamo ordinato 3 tipi di antipasti x 2+ 2 crudi (davvero ottimi). Poi 4 primi , vino in bottiglia e caffè tot 50 euro a testa. Antipasti: carpaccio-trittico (salmone,tonno,spada) non erano crudi e marinati ma quelli affumicati e quindi seppur buoni non li definirei carpacci. La seppia era un po' duretta e non pulita perfettamente ma cmq buona. Il polpo era su base si purè di patate migliore rispetto agli altri antipasti. Primi: carbonara di pesce , ottima anche se avrei preferito un "pesce" dal sapore più deciso in quanto coperto dalle uova. Cavatelli ai frutti di mare molto buoni anche se predominante il sapore del pomodorino giallo. Vino ottimo Acqua filtrata gratuita (cosa apprezzatissima e onesta) Alla cassa ci hanno offerto liquore e torroncini di Benevento come cadeau. Personale gentile e disponibile Ci ritornerei anche se c'è qualcosa da migliorare

Quality cuisine with very well executed variations and very fresh raw materials. I highly recommend it.

This little restaurant in the heart of the Lucanian municipality of Pomarico (MT) now represents a consolidated reality in the area. The restaurant is family-run and the welcome and service from the young waiter are impeccable. We ordered 6 courses, including 4 starters and two first courses. The flavors are delicate but at the same time full of character. Note of merit for the prawn tartare and for the first courses (ravioli with burrata and scampi and half sleeves with seafood). The sauces were spectacular, the ingredients were quality and very fresh. Let's get to the "sore notes". The menu is verbal and there is no possibility of checking the prices and it is not very pleasant to ask the waiter for the prices of each individual dish... there should be a menu! Furthermore, the cooking of the half sleeves took a couple of minutes longer... I think it is pre-cooked... For the rest, hats off to this family who over the years has managed to build something important in such a small reality. It doesn't take much to be at the top! I find the price in line with what is consumed.

Location, scelta delle materie prime, maestria nella preparazione dei piatti, i loro sapori e tanto altro ancora ad altissimo livello! Bravi!
