L'Ancien Paquier Cafe In Valtournenche

Simply the best ice cream I've ever had in the region! The wild berry sorbet, the pistachio ice cream and the honey/caramel ice cream were all great, but the mint-chocolate ice cream with mint leaves picked from the garden and infused directly... It's just a dream! Grazie mille!!

Purtroppo siamo stati pochi giorni a Valtournenche e abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare solamente il gelato...ma ci siamo tornati due giorni dei tre che abbiamo trascorso lì perché davvero buonissimo. Se ne avverte la freschezza e la qualità dei prodotti utilizzati inoltre la sua consistenza cremosa è perfetta! Ci sono anche gusti particolari e deliziosi che solitamente non si trovano come l'after eight e mascarpone e fichi. Molto gentile il proprietario che, in caso di dubbi sui gusti da scegliere aiuta con delle spiegazioni sugli ingredienti e dei consigli. Per me e mia figlia che siamo golose di gelato artigianale e ne abbiamo assaggiati tanti ovunque...un gelato che si farà ricordare

We've been coming to Valtournenche for years, and this beautiful place, completely in Aosta Valley style, has been a go-to place from the start. TOP ice cream shop, delicious cakes, and very professional and friendly staff (Fabio and Paola) who also know how to recommend various itineraries in the area. Highly recommended! 😉👍🏻

We are a group of walkers and we felt very welcome, both for the information on routes, restaurants... A delicious and complete breakfast! Very welcoming people and don't miss the ice cream!

We went for ice cream... they were very friendly and really good. The ice cream, in our opinion, was the best we've had in the entire valley. We'll definitely be back. Don't miss the mascarponi and figs.

Rating it from 1 to 10, maybe 20 with honors or even higher, in my opinion unclassifiable. The family atmosphere makes you feel at home. The room, the in-room sauna, Paola's absolutely abundant breakfast, homemade and especially with typical local products, Fabio's gelato is sublime, the cleanliness is better than my home—in short, everything is absolutely perfect. Paola and Fabio are two wonderful people, always available to recommend the right excursion for you or where to taste the best dishes from the Aosta Valley and beyond. They are two family members. I highly recommend staying with them, but several times a year, which I will definitely do. Thank you for everything, Paola and Fabio. My family and I had a fantastic holiday.
