A nice breakfast spot in the center of Bologna: fairly quick service, interesting options that could be improved, and slightly above-average prices. Worth trying again for brunch.

A pleasant discovery just steps from Piazza Malpighi. A nice, clean place, with outdoor seating (under the porticoes). The staff is young and reasonably quick, though they do slow down a bit on Sundays. I was told there was a 15-minute wait, but my food arrived within 45 minutes. The brunch (pictured) was delicious, with reasonable prices for the generous portions. Extensive menu, with vegetarian and gluten-free options.

A lovely place for brunch. Both the Italian toast and the avocado toast had lots of meat on, which is sometimes a rarity (particularly in England). Great coffee.

Very nice place and good food, easy to get to and plenty of tables. The only downsides are the small tables if you're only two people, and I found the coffees and drinks to be subpar compared to the rest of the food.

How many people does it take to change a light bulb? More than two for sure. They need to hire more staff or change their shift management, because almost ten minutes for two coffees is really excessive. €8.70 with a croissant and a focaccia (which was actually quite good). I wouldn't complain, given the area and the type of place, but for this price, I think it's unthinkable not to offer table service. And especially not to have napkins on them. There are several vegan and vegetarian options. The last line of the bill is also appreciated.
Free up the guys who work here.

We discovered this restaurant while walking and stopped for breakfast. We were surprised by how delicious it was. Huge portions, just the way we liked it, and the espresso was also excellent. Great place, we'd love to go again!

I've been here twice now, always for their delicious pancakes. They're always friendly and helpful, and I've always found a seat without any problems. The prices are reasonable. I'll definitely be back to try something savory, too!
