Highly recommend for a decent seafood feed. Both our boys 14 and 16 didnt want any fish and L'amo were more then accomodating, they had the gnocchi alla sorrentina (amazing) and then snitzel and chips (with tomato sauce and mayo). Hubby and I shared the mix cruditès, added the oysters and scampi, the sauces paired with the fish were excellent, we then shared a frittura di pesce which was also amazing. We paired this with a bottle of crisp white wine and them finished off with bon bon dessert, an amaro (amoro del capo one of my favs) and espresso. If you have an opportunity to visit you wont be disappointed. Grazie mille L'amo alla prossima dal' Australia

What can I say...I was passing through Caserta. If you want to eat good seafood, this is the perfect place!! Elegant and discreet yet informal, with excellent ingredients, excellent wines, impeccable and courteous service. A place to have lunch or dinner, enjoying dishes made with great taste and attention to quality. I had a truly excellent raw fish served with some truly original sauces, a first course of absolutely sublime fettuccine allo scoglio, an excellent white wine, and an exceptional rum to finish. A truly beautiful restaurant. Highly recommended.

Trattoria Pepè

12/03/2026: I'm in San Marco Evangelista for work, and my colleague and I had dinner at this trattoria purely by chance, given its close proximity to our B&B. The location is truly beautiful and well-kept, and the service was attentive and courteous. We shared a truly delicious appetizer and tried the pasta and potatoes, as well as the first course of the day: paccheri with creamed broccoli rabe. A huge round of applause goes to the chef, because everything was truly delicious: the appetizer was delicious, the pasta and potatoes impeccable, and the calamari incredibly fresh. If I ever find myself in San Marco again, I'll definitely be back. Thanks guys, you were special!
11/03/2026: During a business trip, we dined here. The food was generous and of excellent quality. The service was friendly and efficient. If I ever return to the area, it will be a must-visit.

The owner, Mr. Fabio, is always ready to satisfy your every request. The cuisine is homemade, and the portions are generous. Both the house antipasto and the primi (homemade pasta) are excellent, carefully prepared and with an authentic flavor. A place that combines quality and tradition, I recommend it to anyone looking for good homemade cuisine.
