Overall positive experience, slightly long waiting times despite the reservation, however not exhausting thanks to the attentions such as wine tasting and an octopus meatball. The dishes lack a bit of flavour, some unrelated ingredients and combinations that are not always successful. Good wine list and attentive staff. The price/quality ratio is adequate

Cozy environment. Friendly staff. The fish dishes, which are certainly fresh, and the related preparations are good. Less good is the seafood risotto, which lacks ingredients. Furthermore, in a restaurant at this level (certainly it cannot be cheap) the peeled prawns should be served without the dorsal fillet

Moved!! We finally went to this restaurant where they serve the best fish in Caserta. My partner and I started with a light aperitif accompanied by a light homemade gin and tonic with tacos all with artisanal sauces made by chef Pasquale. Then some crudités and 3 types of tartare always accompanied by sauces. Then the Chef made us taste his delicious seafood CORNDOG with an enviable breading. As first courses, a taste of risotto which smelled good and creamed to perfection and a taste of Gragnano pasta with octopus matriciana together with a glass of a good Provençal rosé recommended by the sommelier and head waiter Valerio who explained every single dish in detail along the way, finally a nice salted caramel and mango dessert with cantucci to finish, all handmade. L'amo is not a fish restaurant and that's it, it's a real journey... an Experience that the owners and chef Pasquale and his staff carefully study to enhance the customer's palate. Today I can say that good fish can also be found inland, there is no need to necessarily go to the sea! TASTE!!

I went to the women's party for dinner after the recommendation of some friends, and what can I say, they had already spoken well of the place but I was literally enchanted by everything, very high quality food, equally welcoming and convivial service, especially the owner who was very engaging in his passion!
As soon as we arrived they offered us an entrée and a welcome glass to commemorate the woman and among other things only later did we discover that it was also the anniversary of the place!
Evening followed down to the smallest detail!
Price more than fair compared to the quality of the food!
We will certainly have the opportunity to see each other again, see you soon!
