A SEA GEM I don't live in Caserta, but three times a year it is a must for me to delight my palate and eyes in this culinary jewel that I have defined as "A TRUE GEM" especially for fish lovers. Very varied and always innovative menu. Dishes with fresh fish that delight the palate and make you feel as if you were by the sea. Elegant environment, EXCELLENT welcome. Mr. Rosario and all the staff exude a positive energy in hospitality right from the start, a power both in hospitality and in recommending courses with the relevant wine pairing. A big applause also goes to the kitchen team. A dish that I missed tasting was the potato chips. I won't reveal the contents of the dish, because they absolutely must EAT. I conclude by saying that it is truly a culinary experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to eat well. Unquestionable price quality. An authentic pearl of seafood restaurants! The quality of the freshest fish shines in every dish, from raw appetizers to first courses. The linguine with lobster is a masterpiece, while the amberjack melts in your mouth. Attentive and professional service, refined location. Prices in line with the high quality offered. Caserta does not overlook the sea and lives on traditions that have nothing to do with the sea. Yet in Caserta we find AMO, a restaurant where it is possible to eat excellent fish, served with that care that can only be found in the best starred restaurants and where tradition and innovation find their right combination. Here, almost everything seems to evoke the flavors and colors of the most beautiful seaside towns on the Campania coast, despite being kilometers away from the sea. The atmosphere is friendly. The place is clean and colourful. The staff is friendly and punctual and most of all the fish is fresh and the dishes are excellently cooked. Today the chef delighted us with an excellent mussel soup and refined first courses. We started by tasting a soup with mussels, octopus, calamari and prawns and some seafood appetizers with prawns, calamari and fried food. As first courses we ate innovative risotto, tuna Genovese with dehydrated cooked tuna katsuobushi and raw tuna tartare, Pasta mele francesca: ammiscat pasta with seafood and red Mazara prawn tartare, all washed down with chardonnay wine and to finish an excellent Sweet. A piece of advice, don't be fooled by the external location. Enter the restaurant, take a seat and ask the owner Rosario for advice. Absolutely recommended.

Just 15 minutes from the royal palace of Caserta. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The dishes are fresh and really of excellent quality! We took two appetizers, two first courses, a dessert, water and a bottle of Falerno from an excellent winery (€105). We will absolutely return and I will recommend it to everyone!

I was in the area for work and I found this fish restaurant on Google and decided to try it. I went on a Monday so it wasn't crowded but the service was impeccable and the deal was excellent. Space chocolate tiramisu. Compliments!
