My husband and I are regulars at Nevo, Eleonora, and the entire staff, and even after years, I can only confirm the excellent cuisine they offer.
The dishes are excellent, the portions are more than adequate, the flavors are unique: it's impossible not to return once you've tried them ☺️
There's nothing tastier in the area!

Fresh fish restaurant near the beach and the Marina di Grosseto canal. Simple atmosphere. The place has its own style and charm, and above all, the food is fresh, beautifully cooked, and reasonably priced. Service is informal but friendly, and the staff is kind and helpful. Special thanks to the owner.

The epitome of Maremma seafood cuisine. A simple yet elegant location right by the port. The value for money is absolutely great, without sacrificing the quality of the ingredients. Homemade desserts worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant!
Dinner at Ambiente was an unexpected treat for our family.

We had dinner last night for the first time after several reservation attempts! Always super busy...and I finally understood why!
The atmosphere is basic but truly pleasant and I really enjoyed it.
The staff are very kind and welcoming.
The fried fish, including the paranza, was excellent.
The fish tortelloni were excellent.
The fish was very fresh and perfectly cooked.
The wine was excellent; we had a Vermentino.
In short...superb and highly recommended.
Unfortunately, we're returning to Genoa tomorrow. We'll definitely be back next year!

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say it was a truly enjoyable experience. The food was excellent: well-prepared dishes, with attention to detail and fresh ingredients.
The service was impeccable: the staff was always friendly.
The quality-price ratio was more than fair. It's definitely a place I'll gladly return to and one I recommend to anyone looking for good food and high-quality service.

Excellent food, truly complete dishes, but we ran into a stormy evening, the staff's responsiveness was very slow... moral, given that the place, although characteristic, has no walls but is a pleasant composition of tents, we got soaked, in the transfer between the external umbrellas and the internal tents, all of this could have been avoided, given that we had previously reported the potential problem, and the place had emptied, I repeat however that the cuisine is truly exceptional.
