Nice, bright environment.
Well separated tables.
Very efficient and kind staff.
However, I had asked for a very undercooked fillet and I received excellent, very soft meat, a shame that it was medium cooked and, above all, without maillarde, so practically boiled.
Furthermore, putting garlic everywhere, I covered it with grilled radicchio with parmesan flakes and balsamic, all separate from each other.
Meh.

I really liked the tigelle and crescentine, served with various appetizers, without having to ask, I didn't like the borlengo, but only because I would have preferred it more stuffed, a little tasteless...

Era da parecchio tempo che volevo provare questo ristorante, sinceramente devo dire che mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. La scelta è inevitabilmente andata sui prodotti tipici. Dunque, borlenghi perfetti, gnocco e tigelle da rivedere. Il mio giudizio sarà completo quando ritornerò per mangiare i primi e i secondi. Alla prossima.

Ho scelto questo locale per il pranzo con i parenti prima di Natale, bel ristorante moderno buoni i borlenghi le tigelle con ottimi salumi, buoni i primi, da provare la zuppa inglese
