What can I say... I was thrilled. Congratulations. Superb food, daring but delicious combinations. I had never eaten raw mushrooms before and I have to thank you because they are delicious. The platter was delicious and full; the sweet and savory combination is a strong point. Let's move on to the meat; I personally had the entrecotte with honey glaze, pink peppercorns, and rosemary, delicious and perfectly cooked. The desserts were delicious. And finally, the service... friendly, professional, and attentive; we were served by Giulia, who was able to guide us through the entire menu, even the desserts, even though we had already decided. She had a great eye for detail. Congratulations for everything. Coming from a colleague, it's worth double.... WELL DONE TO THE WHOLE STAFF... I arrived at this restaurant without a reservation. Everyone in the dining room did their best to find a table for three. After a few phone calls, they finally managed to get us a table. The restaurant was practically fully booked, so ALWAYS call ahead. We were seated, and I ordered a truly excellent tartare. I order it at every restaurant to see how they serve raw meat, and it was truly excellent! Followed by a truly delicious first course, simple yet impressive. I highly recommend the place, and I recommend petting the gorgeous kitten who sometimes wanders around the tables—a true masterpiece! I'll definitely be back!
