We could find even some focaccia at the evening hour for takeaway, when everyone was drinking their aperitivo here. The mini panzerotti was very good, soft and rich in filling. We couldn't leave without pasticiotti, that was good too!

Ho letto alcune recensioni negative ed onestamente essendo cliente mi sembra doveroso lasciare anche la mia recensione. Ho organizzato un rinfresco all aperto per il battesimo di mio figlio, stessa cosa per un compleanno e per il servizio ricevuto ho pagato veramente poco. Fanno delle torte gelato a dir poco eccellenti ed ogni volta che ho ospiti e voglio fare bella figura è d'obbligo comprare una loro torta. Il locale è curato e pulito, il personale educato, sorridente e gentile. Il proprietario umile, disponibile ed in grado di soddisfare le richieste dei suoi clienti. Proprio oggi appena sarà l orario di apertura ordinerò una loro fantastica torta gelato da portare ad una festa di fine scuola per 20 adolescenti. Ci tengo a precisare che il proprietario mi conosce solo di vista...non sono né amica né parente. Ma sono veramente bravi che tutto ciò che ho scritto è solo pura verità di ciò che penso

17/09/2025: Salumeria di Turno is one of those places that makes you want to return even before you've finished your glass. For those looking for a truly delicious (and not just "acceptable") gluten-free aperitivo, this is the place. The platters are generous and well-curated. The service also makes a difference: Marco, the waiter, was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He carefully explained each product to us and made us feel completely at ease, which is not a given for those with special dietary needs.

11/11/2025: A fantastic experience for San Martino! 💫 I went to this restaurant to celebrate San Martino, and I must say it was a truly special experience! The food is all typically Salento, prepared with genuine ingredients and with that authentic flavor that makes you feel at home. From appetizers to desserts, every dish was carefully prepared, rich and plentiful, a true celebration of flavors and tradition. The local wines were also excellent, perfect to accompany the dishes. A special thanks to Antonio, the owner, always welcoming, kind, and attentive, and to Timo, the chef, whose skill brings the soul of Salento cuisine to the table. A warm and convivial place, ideal for an evening with friends or family. Highly recommended for those who want an authentic experience and enjoy true Salento cuisine, characterized by abundance, quality, and conviviality! 🍷🍇✨
05/11/2025: Last week, I went to dinner with some friends. It's hard for me to return to this place. The welcome was very pleasant and different from usual. The new autumn pizza was the best (cream of pumpkin, scamorza, and pancetta, delicate and crispy dough with red cabbage) along with the cabbage salad as an entree, really not bad. Once we were seated and chose our beverage (the wine selection is very respectable, even though I rarely toast anymore), the classic pittule to break the wait for the main courses: ravioli del plin with stew, fish in a salt crust, pecorino cheese with tomato sauce, seasonal vegetables cooked in every way. Dessert and coffee to finish. Everything was sooooo good. The bill was very fair. The staff was friendly. Thank you, and see you next time. PS: I'm not attaching photos of the dishes because my hands and cutlery were busy with the courses and, if necessary, sharing the dishes. 😋😋😋
