08/01/2026: Fish 2.0!
A memorable experience for the 2025 New Year's Eve dinner.
Not counting the various appetizers, desserts, and fruit, the menu consisted of nine courses, divided as follows: five appetizers, two first courses, and two second courses.
Well, course after course, we immersed ourselves in a true sensory experience. The menu was expertly balanced in every aspect:
- at the individual level, each dish was a perfect composition of aromas, textures, and flavors, expressing itself on the nose and palate in a truly harmonious way (without taking anything away from the rest, the scallops deserve a special mention!);
- in the sequence of courses, from the most delicate to the most flavorful, so that the previous one did not interfere with the next;
- in quantities, never excessively lacking, but not excessively so that you can reach dessert feeling satiated, but not over-full, and therefore able to find satisfaction until the last bite.
To accompany the meal, a wonderful 2022 Albana Brix white, a "red disguised as white," in the words of the sommelier who recommended it to us.
The restaurant, evocative and meticulously designed, resembles the interior of a submarine: at the end of the meal, it's like emerging from an unforgettable experience.
For a restaurant like this, Google should allow it to award not only five stars but also full marks.

03/01/2026: Simply exceptional, four of us, seated at the bar, ordered a four-course tasting menu, masterfully served by Alessandro and Giovanni, who pampered us with a concert of attentive service and small additional tastings. An experience that perfectly complemented our stay in Ravenna.
