Best restaurant ever. The food is more than amazing. The service is more than fabulous. The wine is just insane. I just want to cry cause I can't eat there every day. I just want to say thank you to the chief who cooked us three different vegetarian dishes. I've never been surprise and so happy to taste things like that. Just thank you. And I hope to come here again in my life ❤️

Alighieri is sharing, the saucer in the middle with a polite and slightly restrained hand, the olives that are replaced as soon as the waitress realizes they are finished, the small taralli that don't stick your mouth. In here you can breathe a noble atmosphere that veers towards education and not towards presumption, a neat but never banal atmosphere, simple in detail but cared for to the extreme. We ended up here by chance, it wasn't our first choice, but perhaps if we could go back it would definitely have been. After sitting down and having our drinks we decide to have the "mangiarini", the "tapas", the "treats", in short something small to accompany our drinks - small courses for a fee and at the customer's discretion. This is how we order:😋 • Tortellino scarpetta with cream: really excellent, it's true that good wine is inside the small barrel. Small but amazing. Always praise the cappelletto, never mind, but also compliments to the hands of whoever made these tortellini. • Bread and salami, or rather salami and focaccia. We bought it mostly for our daughter, a shame because the salami was not accompanied by that slice of rustic bread that we expected on the menu. When Al Bano sings that happiness is a glass of wine with a sandwich, for us the sandwich must be full of salami. • Peas, snow peas, asparagus and local pecorino: simple dish, good broad beans and special sprinkling of pecorino which, like snow, made the dish beautiful but above all tasty. In conclusion we can say that: 🤔 - the silent atmosphere, romantic for those who are with their significant other or melancholy for those who are in a low mood; - the staff surrounded by a polite air but with a kind and never intrusive or obligatory smile; - the drinks made to perfection and the good food they gave us a noteworthy aperitif, delicious, calm and peaceful.

Very nice little place overlooking Via Mariani, we stopped by chance for an aperitif and then we also stayed for dinner, the cuisine is truly excellent, the service in the room needs improvement given the very young kids, overall a wonderful experience

I did not even take the time to tast the food. But the menu, very over done. Price for a bottle of wine.. not something you see in Italy. Maybe for a lunch snack.. but keep in mind . Wine by the glass is half of what you get everywhere else .

The cuisine is of the highest level, and the service is courteous and fast. I would recommend the boiled-roasted beef with broccoli cream, green pesto and anchovies: a delicacy!
