This remains our absolute favorite restaurant in Milan! The food is exquisite, the service friendly, but not intrusive and 100% professional, and the atmosphere is special.

The Star was deserved. Great service large cellar Dishes of substance made impeccably Sweetbreads on pumpkin cream with peated whiskey as a suggestion of the visit.

I went for lunch for the first time today with friends, on the advice of acquaintances who had already been to the restaurant and the experience impressed me more than positively from every point of view. First of all, the attention and courtesy shown by the staff from the beginning to the end of our stay. Secondly, the quality of the food was excellent and the menu proposal also managed to satisfy the needs of a vegetarian friend who was with us. Positive, sunny and relaxed environment. Absolutely recommended for a weekend lunch, but I will definitely come back to try dinner too. Thanks again to the staff for the great experience!

Reserved tasting lunch to taste sweet wines paired with non-sweet dishes. Excellent opportunity to try Alchimia's refined cuisine and their impeccable service. I'll be back to try more from the menu.

We tried the tasting menu, the flavors are very refined and pleasant. My partner took me for my birthday and it was a wonderful surprise. Very nice place, the guys are very attentive, very helpful and prepared. 5 stars deserved!

Very special and pleasant culinary experience. Andrea accompanied us in choosing the dishes, explaining all the ingredients and cooking methods. Favorite dish: scallops and fish. But also the Fasson expression with veal candies. Divine! . Thanks Andrea! I will be back very early in the evening to try your wines too

15/02/2025: Valentine's Day dinner with my girlfriend. What can I say...Alberto is a perfect host, the climate is welcoming, friendly, ideal for staying at home from the stress of Milanese life. We had a starter, a main course and a dessert. In every dish I found the research of raw materials and the freshness of what was proposed. Tartare SPECTACULAR WEEEEE. Salmon cooked to perfection and a very creamy tiramisu. We traveled an hour to eat at Castelli Gourmet and as soon as the opportunity arises we will definitely be back. Super recommended

I appreciated the goodness of the ingredients, their combination and the right balance between quality and quantity
