L'ALCHIMIA Ristorante & Lounge Bar In Milano

Delicious food and fantastic service from the front-of-house team. The menu was quite balanced and the tasting menu was fantastic. They were a bit weak on the desserts but they still tasted good. The staff even prepared a candle for my sister’s birthday, which was very kind. The experience overall was impressive, but the music maybe didn’t fit the vibes of the restaurant.

Went there with my family on February 2nd. Everything was above board! Very beautiful ambiance, service by the staff was outstanding and the food was probably the best I’ve ever had! The bread and butter was simply perfect! We also had the ravioli in broth- exquisite! Then we had the cotoletta and my memory of the taste of it has not been forgotten! I was very impressed and pleased with our time there!!

Alchimia will always remain one of our favorite restaurants. Always excellent and innovative menu and service. Thanks to Matteo for accompanying us during last night's tasting journey. See you soon!

First of all, the setting... it's sublime. Modern and intimate decor. The wine cellar on the lower floor is simply stunning! Then, the service is impeccable, with professional and charming waiters! To finish the meal, the tasting menu is truly delicious, and the wine pairing is perfect! I'll definitely return.

A tasting menu that is not convincing, that lacks flavours, the quality of the raw materials is undoubtedly there, but the execution does not surprise in any dish, in fact it disappoints in some. Too bad for the price spent I expected much more

When we talk about alchemy, we immediately think of mysterious transformations, secret formulas and ancient magic. And in fact, the evening spent at L'Alchimia was just that: a magical transformation of ingredients, emotions and atmosphere. I went for a special occasion and, from the moment we entered, everything contributed to making the dinner a unique sensory experience. The environment is elegant and welcoming, every detail designed to accompany a culinary journey that involves sight, smell and taste. The dishes? True works of art. Excellent presentation, balanced flavours, with surprising combinations that reveal careful and passionate research. The dining room staff was impeccable: kind, competent, present but never intrusive. And then the final surprise: the chef himself comes out into the room to pay homage to us with his signature dish. A gesture that made the evening even more special and memorable. In conclusion, L'Alchimia is not just the name of the restaurant, but the perfect definition of what they manage to create: a magic made of ingredients, technique and heart.

Usual de alto nivel, un lugar seguro para comer en el centro de Milán. Un poco triste allí han perdido su estrella .. pero el nivel es muy alto y el servicio es decente. Fuimos por carne, buena elección.
