The staff were incredibly kind; they even offered us some appetizers to try and a delicious sweet tartlet. A total 10!

Excellent food, very friendly staff, and a beautiful location. The bathrooms are splendid and spotlessly clean: a rare sight.

Nice restaurant, but if the goal is to regain a star, we're really a long way off, for several reasons. First, despite ordering the €120 tasting menu, apart from the dishes on the menu, no amuse-bouche arrived, apart from the buttered bread. Then there's the friendly but inexperienced staff, with little explanation of the dishes. Finally, a VERY ANNOYING SUBJECT: I was asked if I'd like to start with prosecco. Of course, I said yes, thinking it was a welcome drink, and then it ended up on the bill. Excellent food, but for a special occasion, I'd recommend something else; everything else is lacking.

Everything was in line with expectations. The quality/price ratio is unbelievable in this city.

Alchimia is an elegant and refined restaurant, ideal for a refined dinner. The carpaccios are excellent, fresh and beautifully presented, and the sea bass is truly outstanding. A gastronomic experience definitely worth repeating.

Il nome del ristorante è già preludio di emozioni. Entrati ambiente moderno giovane ma anche elegante. Staff preparato presente ma non invadente. Chef giovane e di grande talento e creatività Descrivere l’esplosione di sapore, gusto e piacere non può essere descritto a parole. Mi viene in mente un aggettivo: SUBLIME.

Vi havde fået anbefalet L’Alchimia og maden skuffede ikke! Den er nævnt i Michelinguiden år efter år med god grund. Der var lækre appetizers mm. Mellem retterne og den anbefalede vin komplimenterede retterne godt. Da vi ankom spillede der meget høj musik og det var ikke lige den slags musik jeg forbinder med en hyggelig, spændende og lang menu mad. (Det var noget italiensk rock af en art). Vi bad tjeneren om at skrue ned og det efterkom han. Musikken blev dog skruet op igen en time senere. Da var musikgenren dog heldigvis ændret men det var stadig meget højt hvis man gerne ville føre en lavmælt samtale. Det var en lækker spiseoplevelse og maden fortjener helt sikkert 5/5 stjerner men da tjenerne to gange glemte hvem der havde bestilt hvad kan jeg ikke give højere end 4/5 stjerner, da bedømmelsen beror på en helhedsoplevelse.
