L'AIRONE In Sanremo

Excellent dinner, 94 euros for two... but they could at least offer a limoncello: the Ligurians would need a collective trip to Greece to understand how to welcome tourists... maybe in the next century they will understand :-)

Historic restaurant that we are fond of and that we have been frequenting for years in the places located in the square in a very beautiful and cheerful context especially on market days. Courtesy and good and abundant portions at least for the first and second courses based on fish that we usually choose. A suggestion to improve the mixed fried food, the squid are often hard and the bathroom area inside.

L'Airone is definitely worth a visit. Welcoming, elegant but without ostentation, this place balances the warmth of Ligurian tradition with a touch of refined modernity. The culinary offering is clearly inspired by the territory, with a selection of dishes based on fresh fish, homemade pasta and high-quality local ingredients. The tagliatelle with squid ink and prawns and the classic brandacujun executed to perfection are unmissable. The seafood main courses are also excellent, with special mention for the mixed grill and the crispy octopus on potato cream. Very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. The service is punctual and discreet, with excellent advice on both the dishes and the wine pairings, enhancing a well-structured menu oriented towards Ligurian and Piedmontese wines.

An annual event for about six years. Warm welcome, good food, and a pleasant setting.

Best pistachio tiramisu!!! Unreserved recommendation, the ambience was also dolce vita en bella Italia. Our spaghetti vongole was very tasty, but you have to try the dessert.

Questa osteria molto interessante, ho pranzato all'interno, il locale un po' rustico, si presenta bene. Il personale è stato impeccabile, veloce e professionale, le attese sono brevi. Il menù abbassa ricco, offre pesce e carne, ma anche buon cibo per un vegetariano, io ho trovato una buona scelta. La cucina proposta è comunque casereccia, le porzioni sono abbondanti. Ho apprezzato in particolare i piatti che ho gustato, ingredienti freschi e ben cucinati. Ristorantino al centro storico di Sanremo, una passeggiata tra i caruggi, consigliato.

Il mio ristorante preferito a Sanremo è costretto a chiudere anticipatamente per ferie e mi dirotta verso l'altro ristorante di famiglia, appunto , L' Airone. Posto assegnato come da richiesta, accoglienza familiare e buon servizio. I piatti sono ben presentati, buoni e le porzioni generose. Il servizio è molto cordiale ed efficiente; segnalo soprattutto la signora dai capelli rossi e con gli occhiali, davvero gentile e premurosa anche con il nostro cagnolino... Il menù è variegato, in grado di soddisfare tutti i gusti specie per il pesce; la carta dei vini è completa e le ricariche sono oneste . Anche il conto è giusto altro per cui torneremo sicuramente.
