L'Airone Rosa In Castello cabiaglio

20/07/2025: I recently went for dinner, there were four of us. This place is known for its excellent cutlets, which, as usual, lived up to expectations. I tried the roast beef for a change, and I must say it was excellent, and the price was in line with the quality of the meat. Really excellent and attentive service, with many waiters and a great attention to detail. Off-the-menu offerings, and I'd say the first courses were excellent. The meat, although the cut was delicious, was a little on the expensive side. Overall, definitely a place to return to to finish off the full selection of orecchiette and orecchiette in various variations.

17/07/2025: Very good and very original. Choose the small ears because they contain veal and are more varied. We had a very pleasant time.
