We dined in a quiet, informal atmosphere, greeted by friendly, smiling, and quick-witted staff. The food was excellent, especially the famous pennette, caponata, and steak. Parking was easy, and the place is also kid-friendly, given the large outdoor space. The price was more than fair. I'll definitely be back for lunch to enjoy the wonderful surrounding countryside. Well done everyone!

Pizzeria Buca della Fate

01/11/2025: I ordered a pizza to go and they told me it would be ready in less than 5 minutes, so I asked them to wait a little longer because I had to go get my car. When I returned, they made me wait at least 20 minutes. The pizza wasn't bad, nothing special. It's one of the few pizzerias in the area if you don't want to go to Florence for dinner, so it could be an option. Just remember that in Italy you always pay per person, so in the case of a pizzeria, it's not justified in my opinion.
25/10/2025: Just wonderful pizza. Don't be confused, they only do pizza, but really good pizza. Been to many, they are busy, business like and efficient. You should book. We luckily got in for a one hour slot on a Saturday evening in October without a reservation. Thank you we left full and happy.

13/06/2025: Excelente comida y servicio. Ninguna petición o pregunta fue un problema. Ambiente encantador, así como con la vista en los viñedos. El personal era muy servicial y muy amable.
06/06/2025: Atmosfera stupenda, cena in un castello e tra le colline toscane Cena sublime, piatti ben studiati ed equilibrati, con abbinamenti particolari ma ottimi. Personale giovani e molto gentile e attento ai dettagli. Polpette di baccalà ottime e tonno del chianti davvero ben studiati con gli abbinamenti. Cena conclusa con una panna cotta al basilico e gel di fragole davvero buona. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci per provare il resto del menù.
