We came to the restaurant thanks to a recommendation from friends who frequent the area on a rainy August day. We booked the last available table. We were surprised by the new, well-kept restaurant by the lake. The food was good, the meat was good, with mushrooms, and the portions were generous.

Great place. Guaranteed coolness when Bologna is dying. All the staff are great, very efficient despite the crowds. Tried several times, all the dishes are consistently good.

24/09/2025: Passing through the province of Pistoia, a friend took me to this restaurant. We had some very good antipasti (cured meats, crostini, and bruschetta) and an amazing Florentine steak. To finish, a delicious dessert. Highly recommended.
