Great place. Guaranteed coolness when Bologna is dying. All the staff are great, very efficient despite the crowds. Tried several times, all the dishes are consistently good.

We were there on Sunday and had a grilled meat, with good wine and excellent side dishes, from fried mushrooms to fresh vegetables, etc....all of excellent quality and flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful. Before dinner, since we had arrived early to stroll around the lake, we had an excellent Spritz...we will definitely be back, as the quality/price ratio is also truly excellent! I recommend it.

A lovely lakeside restaurant, quiet, yet quiet even when busy. The service is impeccable, friendly, efficient, and fast. The food was delicious: the tagliata was tender, the fried mushrooms were dry and not greasy, and the stewed venison had a delicate flavor. I recommend going for the fresh food, too.

We ate very well, the fried food with porcini mushrooms was wonderful! The atmosphere was refined... The staff were very kind and professional, the prices were really fair. We left Pistoia with temperatures of 38 degrees... And there we were at 9 pm... it was 22 degrees... Highly recommended!!!!!

If you want a cool spot on a scorching summer day, head to the Lago Specchio restaurant in Spedaletto. The Tuscan cuisine is excellent; I recommend the steak and fried mushrooms. There are also lakeside tables and friendly staff... it's best to reserve a table since it's a bit up the hill, so it's best to be safe.
