I have been frequenting the restaurant for more than 30 years and the quality and professionalism have always remained constant. Attentive and friendly service, welcoming and warm environment, traditional dishes but revisited respecting the excellent raw materials. The game in particular is cooked with skill. Excellent value for money.

We had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant twice. I must say the quality of the food was magnificent as was the service. Congratulations to the staff for their kindness and friendliness. A big hello also from our little Angy (the Leonberger). We're sorry we didn't stop by to say hello and have dinner with you again but we left a day early.

An unforgettable experience! I had the pleasure of having lunch with my family at this restaurant and I was thrilled. The staff was always kind, attentive and ready to satisfy every need with a smile. The menu offers a selection of dishes that combine tradition and creativity. A particular round of applause goes to the Canederli, which I highly recommend trying! The environment is perfect for both a lunch with friends and a family one. Absolutely consistent quality-price ratio. I can't wait to go back and recommend anyone to try this restaurant to have an unforgettable experience!

We had lunch in this lovely restaurant on Sunday and we were all very satisfied To start we took two mixed starters to share between four, very good and perfect quantity; to follow, my husband and I took a sublime venison stew, according to my husband the best I have ever eaten in a restaurant, my son chose the guinea fowl: very soft and very tasty and my daughter the lamb chops which she really liked and they were devoured All washed down with a classic Val Policella Highly recommended

Sono stato domenica 17 Novembre con un gruppo di Amici durante un'escursione nella zona. Stefano,il gestore, ci ha gentilmente ospitato nella sua struttura anche se non abbiamo pranzato ma abbiamo sicuramente apprezzato moltissimo i dolci fatti direttamente da loro. Grazie ancora per la stupenda ospitalità.

19/04/2025: Historic restaurant with ample parking, it also serves as a bar and tobacconist. The place is beautiful and well furnished. The food was very good, I recommend the tagliatelle. Fast service and friendly, helpful staff. Experience to be repeated.
16/04/2025: Small place and decent food, a little expensive for a fixed price menu, because with €15 at least a first course must be a little more filling So, a bit of a pricey restaurant compared to what they give you, I hope the review is constructive

Rifugio 2000

10/02/2025: Remarkable position, beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. We recommend arriving by car to the small car park (near “casa Plotta”) and then on foot. Nice walk to do. At times the road is quite steep (slowly, it's done) and in winter it is often icy (remember your crampons!). It's a shame about the "remains" around the shelter of the old facility (chair lift) which has been abandoned for decades, it's not really a nice sight, it's not exactly "industrial archaeology". The wooden sculptures scattered all around are original. Courteous and pleasant staff. You eat well, their goulash with polenta is really good, not least the dumplings or strudel... with pears and you pay a fair price. Certainly worth returning, perhaps for dinner, then sleeping in one of the rooms (each with private bathroom)…
26/01/2025: Refuge reachable in less than an hour's walk from the center of Sappada. Excellent dishes and equally excellent and warm service. Recommended for quality-price ratio: €35 eating 2 starters, 3 first courses, 2 second courses, 1 dessert, 2 liters of beer, 3 coffees and 3 grappas for a total of 4 people
