We're on vacation in Molina di Ledro. We've eaten at Al Lago several times. All the dishes are lovingly prepared, the pizzas are amazing, and the wines are wonderful. The service is very friendly, helpful, and prompt. Definitely worth a visit!

We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant. We had two medium/large dogs with us and we were welcomed like family. As soon as we sat down they brought us two bowls with water and biscuits for the dogs, it was a small gesture but really appreciated. The staff is too helpful, super kind and very fast. The food was excellent quality, delicious tiramisu! Needless to say they left us with a wonderful memory and, in addition to returning as soon as possible, we will definitely advertise with everyone Thank you so much

We have been twice for lunch, 2 couples with children. All good with portions and honest prices. The only flaw is the constant noise from the many people and the poor waiters running around like crazy... with the owner yelling at them every two by three. He also refused to split the bill in half to pay by card for reasons that were not understandable... meh!

Locale accogliente in un posto splendido, fra il Lago della Ninfa e il Cimone, a due passi dalla pista da sci e dall’impianto di risalita. Cibo molto buono, tipico di montagna.

locale ben riscaldato, con un bancone bar e sale per pranzi e cene, serve pane in sacchetto e tigelle calde con i taglieri, polenta buonissima e tagliata di cervo molto tenera ma con un impiattamento triste,

01/06/2025: I am not usually given to reviews but am moved to post this one for two reasons: first, because it was the best meal of my life; second, because I can’t let the previous two reviews stand. The menu is a sort of “Bottura’s Greatest Hits” combined with a few current numbers - and what hits they are! Extraordinary inventiveness, concentrated flavour and moreishness on plate after beautifully crafted plate. Some - like “Five Ages of Parmigiano Reggiano in Different Textures and Temperatures” - are a paradox of subtlety and power. Unforgettable. The evening was presented by an enthusiastic and friendly staff and made even better by the fun table we shared with delightful folks from the US. Perfect.
26/05/2025: Never experienced something like this. Like Massimo's meals, the experience is perfectly balanced between luxury and authentic warmth. Lara's presence just makes everything that much more special. Would recommend and go back in a heart beat.

22/03/2025: Cozy room but compared to the gourmet experience of the restaurant, expectations were a little high for the rooms which are perhaps a little more "dated" in the details especially in the bathroom! Friendly and professional staff! Castelvetro fascinating town, a wonderful discovery!
25/02/2025: Siamo stati io e mia moglie nei giorni scorsi . Bellissima location all interno del bel borgo di Castelvetro . Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario con gentilezza e professionalità . Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto di assaggi di parmigiano in varie stagionatura con aceto balsamico, per continuare con un favoloso risotto carnaroli alla crema di parmigiano 30 mesi e balsamico . Abbiamo proseguito con uno stinco cotto nella birra con senape e miele che era tenerissimo , un burro e un sapore eccezionale. Come dolci abbiamo preso la famosa torta Barozzi e il cremoso di pistacchio. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo lambrusco . Ci torneremo sicuramente. Merita il viaggio anche per vedere il borgo
