L'Agnata di De André - ristorante In Tempio pausania

We had been meaning to visit L'Agnata di De Andrè for some time, the occasion was Martina's birthday and as a gift I booked the Dori's room... the winter did not give us a splendid but rainy day... despite this we were warmly welcomed by the staff... who hosted us before the check in scheduled after 3.00 pm, we had lunch and then, despite the rain, we took a tour of the garden... even under the water yes can perceive the care and passion that they go into detail... even in the evening after an excellent dinner based on typical Gallura cuisine, we went out into the garden where the play of lights was accompanied by the soft music of the poet Fabrizio...this alchemy allowed me to experience those sensations, imagine Him in certain corners, with his cigarette, his glass of wine, his notebook, immersed in the noise of the stream, of the wild animals or the simple rustling of the forest, writing or imagining the future of this place... The next morning, before leaving, when the sun came out, we were able to appreciate the winter garden in all its beauty ( let alone in spring, summer or Autumn )... Thanks to Dori and the De Andre family, who over the years have carried Fabrizio's dream forward, so that we can experience it with his eyes... Thanks to the Staff for everything

A fairy-tale place immersed in uncontaminated nature, the service offered to us was superb, with an adjoining dinner featuring excellent and generous dishes from the Gallura tradition. A special thanks to Salvatore who, with his professionalism, contributed to making the stay unforgettable. We will definitely return to enjoy the place in other seasons.

Location surrounded by greenery, well-kept garden, the rest cannot be visited. Our experience at Agnata was very disappointing from a culinary point of view. The menu does not offer anything exceptional and the quality of the dishes is certainly not proportional to the price of the menu. Our expectations were totally disappointed.

Had lunch on November 1st, nice place to have a good time. Impeccable service, thanks to the discreet but constant presence of each person who works there, excellent and plentiful food accompanied by good wine, well-prepared and delicious food. Well kept and looked after place, price more than fair, if you want to be on the safe side go there

We had lunch at Agnata and our experience was totally positive. The place and the villa are wonderful, surrounded by greenery and in total balance between man and nature. The historical and symbolic importance of these places is absolute and needs no introduction. The fixed menu offered is rich and of high quality, representative of the context and the most genuine local tradition. I want to especially mention and thank Salvatore who has proven to be a true example of excellence in his field. The courtesy and kindness with which he takes care of guests are rare and precious qualities.

An oasis of peace. What you need to unplug and recharge. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this structure, which is the house where the singer-songwriter Fabrizio De André lived, with my partner. I define it as a fairytale place, immersed in a unique naturalistic context. The friendly and hospitable staff make you feel at home. The typical Sardinian food served for dinners is fantastic and plentiful, we enjoyed excellent and refined dishes. The only aspect to improve is the breakfast, I would have preferred to find typical local products and not the pre-packaged classics. We can't wait to return.

Si può recensire un sogno? Forse, se ciò che ti lega a quel sogno è la musica del grande Faber, un musicista unico. La sua voce particolare, le sue poesie fatte poi canzoni trovano un posto ben collocato all'Agnata dove ancora è ben presente. Abbiamo pranzato molto bene sotto la pergola in compagnia della sua musica e non senza emozioni siamo andati via. Grazie per mantenere una struttura così magnifica. Fra cielo e terra. Torneremo.

Luogo magico ed incantevole, dove il tempo si ferma e si entra in modalità Faber … immerso nel verde , incastonato nel granito, con cornice di piscina e laghetti ( Firmati Renzo Piano - Fabrizio De Andre’ ) , la struttura è molto bella ed il personale, in particolare Salvatore , molto accogliente. Aperitivo e cena nel verde a suon di piatti Galluresi e sardi , Eccelenze locali come la Zuppa cuata, il maialetto , la ricotta , i vini i salumi …. Le seadas… i raviolini , il fil e feru…. Insomma fantastico!!! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo… per gli ospiti della struttura prezzo speciale ! Ottima anche la colazione! Consigliatissimo
