L'Agnata di De André - ristorante In Tempio pausania

It's been years since I went to Agnata... yesterday by chance I took a friend to see it and it was a fantastic afternoon... I recommend everyone to go even just for an aperitif with friends, changing from the classic bars in the center of Tempio. The attention of Renato the manager and Yole the waitress was excellent, the service from them was impeccable. This kindness and attention typical of Sardinians That made me proud to be one. thanks for everything Renato and Yole, I hope to return soon...

Piccolo boutique hotel dall’atmosfera molto famigliare, dove regna una tranquillità assoluta nel mezzo della natura sarda che un tempo era il buen ritiro di Fabrizio De Andre e Dori Ghezzi. Salvina e’ una eccezionale padrona di casa, ti coccola e ti soddisfa in ogni richiesta ed in cucina non ha eguali. Anche il resto dello staff e’ degno di nota. Da vedere e tornare più e più volte! Grazie per l’accoglienza.

I have not stayed in this place or eaten there. I have only passed through "on a pilgrimage". The staff was with me, a non-paying traveler, really kind and this can only be a guarantee of a five-star stay. That said, it is a corner of paradise, simple, but cared for like a luxury hotel.

This is an enchanted place...You arrive curious and leave enraptured. Fabrizio's spirit hovers in the air you breathe, every corner you see silently speaks of him. Listening to the story of how this home was born and raised by Salvina, a worthy teacher of an orchestra who works in harmony with the passion of a family to ensure that everything works as best as possible, was like enclosing the notes of a score, a poem, music that rides on history in a golden frame. A special, exciting place. I booked the restaurant for 3 people well in advance, a very friendly person on the other end of the phone, and I was contacted the day before for confirmation. Nothing to say about the place, beautiful and welcoming. Friendly staff and good food. I didn't put my maximum for two reasons: - Internet, since cell phones don't receive anything at all, I would have liked at least an internal connection, even if slow, just to receive a few messages. - Time, it's fine to unplug and enjoy the atmosphere, but finishing eating at 5pm is too much, especially when it takes 3 hours to get there. Having said the critical points, the experience remains positive.

We stayed in May 2024, the location is worth the trip, the structure is totally immersed in nature, and to get there you have to drive through an oak forest, as soon as you arrive it gives the impression of being a place where time has stopped, instilling a sense of peace and total connection with nature, as for lunch we enjoyed typical traditional Sardinian dishes with a fixed menu for 50 euros which included starters, two first courses and one second course, house wine and dessert. Fantastic experience. I recommend going in spring.

I didn't stay at the farmhouse but having been and still am a lover of De André and being on holiday in Sardinia I couldn't help but visit where he lived part of his life. I recommend a visit with due respect for what it represented.

Siamo stati in questo posto magico con la famiglia. Purtroppo il clima non ci è stato utile per godere a pieno della natura che avvolge questo posto magico. Abbiamo soggiornato in ottima camera ma devo dire che andrebbe effettuata una ristrutturazione con adeguamento di alcune cose.. tv con decoder… (non che uno vada la per guardare la tv ma è Comunque una cosa che andrebbe aggiornata) letto con materassi singoli uniti tra loro… abbastanza scomodi e vecchi, coperte abbastanza datate… insomma andrebbe effettuato un refresh di alcune cosine. Per il resto la location è fantastica in toto. Abbiamo cenato in una saletta fantastica che affaccia sul giardino della tenuta.. il cibo assolutamente buonissimo tutto ed in grande quantità. Consiglio a chiunque di visitare questa bellissima magione sopratutto per chi non conosce la storia del cantante, personalmente sono tornato a casa con una storia bellissima che non conoscevo! Spero di tornarci in primavera

We had been thinking about visiting L'Agnata di De Andrè for a long time, the occasion was Martina's birthday and as a gift I booked the Dori's room... the winter did not give us a splendid but rainy day... despite this we were warmly welcomed by the staff... who hosted us before the check in scheduled for after 3:00 pm, we had lunch and then, despite the rain, we took a walk in the garden... even under the rain you can perceive the care and passion they put into the details... even in the evening after an excellent dinner based on typical dishes of Gallura cuisine, we went out into the garden where the play of lights was accompanied by the soft music of the poet Fabrizio... this alchemy allowed me to experience those sensations, imagine Him in certain corners, with his cigarette, his glass of wine, his notebook, immersed in the noise of the stream, of the wild animals or the simple rustling of the woods, write or imagine the future of this place... The next morning, before leaving, when the sun, we were able to appreciate the winter garden in all its beauty (imagine in spring, summer or autumn)... Thanks to Dori and the De Andre family, who over the years have carried on Fabrizio's dream, so that we can experience it with his eyes... Thanks to the Staff for everything

A fairytale place immersed in uncontaminated nature, the service offered to us was superb with an annexed dinner of excellent and very generous dishes of the Gallura tradition. A special thanks to Salvatore who with his professionalism contributed to making the stay unforgettable. We will definitely return to enjoy the place in other seasons.
