Now I feel at home every time I come to this magical place. Salvina, the soul of this small abode, makes everything pleasant and lively while remaining refined and discreet. Her gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, saffron, and love dough are my favorite dish, without taking anything away from the suckling pig. The very thin and crispy rind...a true delicacy. I'm proud to share this place with friends who come to the island from all over Italy. Kudos also to the perfect staff. See you soon 🌹

It was a dream experience being there... unique emotions... not to mention that we had a divine lunch, dishes cooked by a very talented and friendly chef. Kind and punctual service. Very fair price for the quality and deliciousness of everything! Congratulations... it was a unique experience! I recommend it to everyone!

I had lunch at this agriturismo because of my passion for Fabrizio de Andrè. The location is superb and truly well-maintained. The lunch was good but not exceptional, perhaps a bit pricey compared to other agriturismos. The Gallura soup was delicious.

When I think of Fabrizio De André, I think I've overcome the idea of ​​being in the presence of a great musician or a great poet (or both). I think I've developed a sort of conditioned reflex that, inevitably, breaks down emotional barriers and makes my perception "total." Musician? Poet? Artist? I believe I must transcend these dimensions to venture into other territories, perhaps not fully explored. Today I experienced one of these emotions, visiting his "home" in Sardinia. Perhaps time will partially dissolve the forever alienated "physicality" or the music/memories combination that, however, remains forcefully in play. But these become the places of the soul. And I can't explain why. And perhaps I don't want to explain why...

Piccolo boutique hotel dall’atmosfera molto famigliare, dove regna una tranquillità assoluta nel mezzo della natura sarda che un tempo era il buen ritiro di Fabrizio De Andre e Dori Ghezzi. Salvina e’ una eccezionale padrona di casa, ti coccola e ti soddisfa in ogni richiesta ed in cucina non ha eguali. Anche il resto dello staff e’ degno di nota. Da vedere e tornare più e più volte!
