L'Agnata di De André - ristorante In Tempio pausania

Immersed in the tranquility of the countryside around the city of Tempio. The structure is surrounded by a large and well-kept garden immersed in the holm oak forest all around. The guest rooms of the structure are arranged around the swimming pool, a short distance from the historic residence. Tastefully furnished, comfortable, spacious and clean. Silence and tranquility are the essence of the place. The restaurant offers traditional Sardinian cuisine, revisited and non-trivial. Recommended if you want to spend a few days of tranquility.

The food is divine and the staff is made up of wonderful guys. The gorgeous swimming pool. But most of all it's that aura of magic. I hope to return

A pavement under a vine pergola leads you in front of a villa completely covered in ivy, suddenly you breathe an air of peace, serenity and magic and everything is accompanied by the light notes of a blues which will then leave room "for the master of house". Far from cell phones and I would say almost far from the world, Salvatore welcomes you and with his kindness and elegant manner he praises the food and the beauty of the place, putting you completely at ease. The food is excellent, I suggest "sa mazza frissa", typical of Gallura. I highly recommend going there and turning off everything virtual that accompanies us on a daily basis, what this place leaves behind at the end of your stay is priceless. Thanks to Salvatore and his staff who dedicate themselves to this wonder with sacrifice and passion.

We spent two nights in this wonderful hotel. It was a unique experience to be able to stay in De Andrè's house, the room was wonderful as was the house and the garden. The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade cakes. All the staff were very kind and immediately ready to help us with our check out outside the standard time. Dinner, always a fixed menu, is excellent and includes all traditional dishes. A place to spend a holiday in total relaxation and disconnected from the outside world. We can't wait to go back.

I have been going to Agnata for over 10 years, It's always like the first time Wonderful and unique place Masterfully managed thanks to Dori Ghezzi and the highly qualified staff assisted by Salvina. Excellent and high quality catering department.

An enchanting place, the home of Fabrizio De André. Personally I tried the restaurant and I rate it very positively, the menu is typical, the quality of the food is excellent. Visiting L'Agnata I perceived the peace that the great Faber wanted to find in this area in the middle of absolute nothingness. A show, I will definitely be back

Luogo magico ed incantevole, dove il tempo si ferma e si entra in modalità Faber … immerso nel verde , incastonato nel granito, con cornice di piscina e laghetti ( Firmati Renzo Piano - Fabrizio De Andre’ ) , la struttura è molto bella ed il personale, in particolare Salvatore , molto accogliente. Aperitivo e cena nel verde a suon di piatti Galluresi e sardi , Eccelenze locali come la Zuppa cuata, il maialetto , la ricotta , i vini i salumi …. Le seadas… i raviolini , il fil e feru…. Insomma fantastico!!! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo… per gli ospiti della struttura prezzo speciale ! Ottima anche la colazione! Consigliatissimo

I was a guest for lunch at Agnata di De Andrè. I recommend this place surrounded by nature to all those who want to live an experience out of the ordinary! Salvatore and his team are very prepared to satisfy guests' needs and pamper them. The food and service are definitely excellent. For enthusiasts and fans of De André it is possible to eat in his studio where he wrote his songs! You can breathe its history! Magical place!

Una giornata a l'Agnata Luogo unico,di grande forza emotiva....il luogo del risveglio dei sensi . Tutto parla,tutto ascolta e tutto tace... Faber e Dori hanno cesellato una preziosa gemma con tutto l'amore e il rispetto per questa Terra così generosa di bellezza...la bellezza partorita da Madre Terra. Sto' scrivendo sdraiata all'ombra di un grande albero di fico, generoso di frutti grandi,neri e profumati . Vedo le finestre acappannate della grande casa ricoperta di foglie e con fantasia vedo i loro volti e immagino scene di momenti di serena quotidianità. A rendere l'atmosfera ancora più suggestiva è la sua musica,le sue poesie cantate che risuonano in ogni angolo di questo paradiso. Qui si respira pace e si riceve un verde abbraccio da questa natura incontaminata.
