We stumbled upon this pizzeria on a Saturday night somewhat by chance, but it was a truly pleasant discovery. The pizza is served on a wicker tray without cutlery. Quality ingredients and crispy dough. We ordered two pizzas, and they even delivered a mini margherita (a complimentary treat) for our little boy. A much-appreciated touch. The staff is always friendly and helpful, despite the stress of a Saturday night and the many takeout requests.

Since now they make all these pizzas, with a 7-tier high crust, and chewy enough to make balloons, Carmine remains the best, the real pizza in my opinion, digestible and with high quality products. So if you don't want a stomach ache you have to go only to Carmine.... Great

13/10/2025: I had read the reviews before booking, but I didn't imagine they would all be top-notch. The atmosphere was unique, the staff friendly and helpful, and above all, the pizza was superb and truly delicious, starting with the presentation, the top-quality ingredients, the leavening process that didn't leave me thirsty or indigestion, and the choreography that made me savor it with my eyes even before I'd even tasted it. The appetizer was well-fried and easy to digest. Everything was superb. Next time I'll definitely try the desserts, another highlight of this pizzeria, which has proven to be a delightful discovery.
