Pastries and chocolates are excellent, cafeteria average. A little cold environment, even if equipped with covers, but the mushrooms were off because they were spoiled. Good service.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Delicious coffee and pastries as well as the croissants, fresh and excellent. pastry bar also for an aperitif, but a little expensive.

10/01/2025: In September, my husband and I stopped here for lunch while driving from Polignano a Mare to Conversano. This small spot within a B&B served homely tortellini and fava bean pasta. With free parking, it’s a convenient and pleasant stop for lunch.

IL PROFESSORE caffè letterario

31/12/2024: I've had aperitifs here several times, but today I wanted to try breakfast. Good croissants, excellent filling, perhaps a little overcooked but I imagine it's just a coincidence.. The rest everything ok. Super friendly and nice service. Nothing to say about the environment, really nice. I recommend it.
