Food ok, bad service, waited a long time for service

We stopped for lunch. Welcoming, clean and modern place. Special mention for the bathroom that was really clean. Young, prepared and smiling staff (and it is not obvious). We ate well and spent the right amount in our opinion.

Locale molto bello con un tocco scandinavo. Servizio molto attento e cortese. Menù non estesissimo ma con proposte golose dall'antipasto al dolce. Bella carta dei vini. Cibo buonissimo preparato e presentato con molto gusto. Presenza dei classici della cucina mantovana ma anche altre opzioni anche di mare. Una menzione speciale per i contorni e le verdure in generale. Cosigliatissimo.

Friendly staff and excellent food. The only flaw is to ask for the quantity of food, because, for example, the focaccia appetizer was quite big while the tartare appetizer was small (however, both were excellent as were the first courses).

Good food with excellent local products. Lunch with daughter in local wheelchair and accessible bathroom.

The menu varies seasonally and the dishes are very good even if the portions are a little small but still with prices in line. The only complaint is the service, a little fluctuating, sometimes excellent, other times less attentive and listless.

We ate at this restaurant on Friday 25th April. We had a great time. The place is well-kept, fresh, modern. The service very fast. The. Staff is kind. Always available. The. Food: I had some maccheroncini with stracotto. The bacon with the mashed potatoes is amazing. Very good. My partner instead had the tagliatelle with potatoes and pumpkin tortelli. The wine is Valpolicella. Everything wonderful. Delicious.... Flavors of the past.... Perfect price. Nice experience. We highly recommend it! Thank you!

-Service: was amazing, we have not been waiting for a second. Always on the hand, fast and helpful. -Quality: by "Antipasti" was good. Some home made salami and new-idea-sauce was nice in combination with cheese and salami was nice surprise. -"Primi piatti" we ordered "Fusilioni di grano duro con sugo di zucchine,verza, carota e pecorino semistagionato" and "Maccheroncini al torchio con stracotta d'asino" was disappointing. Home made pasta (yes), perfectly cooked (yes), but just put on the cold plate without flawor, spices and taste. The first one was not even a good combination pasta, not well done and mixed (some combinations do not goes together and even are separating itself on a plate), so we left all the "sauce mix" on a plate. Espresso (Julius Meinl) -Austrian coffee in the middle of the Italy just doesn't make sense. It was not even good, but cost's 2€. All the best we wish to the "service guys", they are the gold of the restaurant with a bright future, but the kitchen is somewhere wandering and tapping in the dark without any clue. We are not coming again.

Sono stata in questo locale con un altra coppia di amici e 3 bambini (5-9 anni) Locale in pieno centro (raggiungibile quindi a piedi, noi abbiamo parcheggiato al Mazzini) anche se dislocato dal caos. Arredamento molto ricercato, particolare, fuori dagli stereotipi e stiloso! Personale davvero sul pezzo e molto accogliente. Cibo curato e ben presentato. Prezzo più che onesto rispetto ad altri locali limitrofi. Abbiamo mangiato bene e siamo stati altrettanto bene, ritorneremo senza dubbio!!!!
