For my wife and I, lunch at Acqua Salata on Tuesday, September 30th was a pleasant surprise. Both the scialatielli with clams and the tagliatelle with octopus ragù were special. The fried shrimp and calamari were crispy and truly fresh. And then the seadas were truly remarkable. Fairly priced 👍👍👍 Congratulations to Angelo for everything, and I promised him we'll see each other again.

Arriving from Rome by chance, we stumbled upon this truly interesting little restaurant. It was a perfect experience; from the moment we sat down, we were pampered by the excellent service until the very end. The menu is exquisite; two talented young people delighted us with excellent ingredients, cooked to perfection. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back!!

The family-run restaurant is set in a very pleasant (outdoor) setting. The waitress is equally pleasant and affable (except that she later brought us a different wine than the one we ordered). The menu is rather sparse (but if it were quality, it wouldn't be a problem). Analyzing the courses (in my opinion and that of my fellow diners), the appetizers were small, with appreciable flavors. The first course was scialatielli with clams and bottarga—unpresentable! The homemade pasta still had the flour clinging to it, creating a sort of tasteless mush that detracted from both the clams and the bottarga. The fried food was mediocre and low-quality (and arrived significantly late). Luckily, I ordered the oysters to satisfy my taste buds; they were delicious. I'm not even talking about the zuppa inglese, which was neither zuppa nor zuppa. I also found the price inadequate for the amount we consumed. Essentially, these notes are simply meant to encourage the family who runs the business to try to improve the quality of their work. P.S.: I went there because I found excellent reviews. Honestly, they're incomprehensible based on my experience.

Delicious place, welcoming and super friendly staff. We ate very well, the fish was fresh and cooked to perfection. (The super soft octopus was top notch). The portions were generous to say the least, 🌟...we had a really good time, we will definitely be back.

A pleasant experience. The restaurant is located on a pedestrian street full of small restaurants. The professional welcome includes a welcome drink and a delicious sficetta. The food is good, the atmosphere is quiet, and the value is excellent. I recommend it to both residents and tourists looking for a place to eat well and feel at home.

I found this restaurant on Google and can confirm that they are truly superb. The owner greeted us with a smile and looked after us throughout the dinner. He explained all the dishes and even let us taste a dessert wine from our region at the end.
