But let's get to the table. Here you don't stop at just eating; you embark on a full immersion adventure made up of aromas, sensations and flavors that enhance the dishes. A symphony masterfully composed by Nicola and his staff in the kitchens and proposed by Giovanni in the dining room with his collaborators. As a layman that I am, the experience was nothing short of fantastic, enrapturing. The judgment - positive and at its most harmonious - originates first from the composition of the dishes offered, accompanied by the meticulous description of the punctual, precise and generous Giovanni who is also entrusted with the task of the drinks and the wine list (Excellent!!!); while Nicola deserves praise for the tidy, clean and above all tasty preparation of the dishes, which turn into true works of art. All this then accompanied by a thoughtful and never suffocating conversation, always focused and aimed at maximum customer satisfaction and satisfaction. In addition to recommending it, it is my utmost aspiration to return for other tastings - certainly pleasant - that Nicola, Giovanni and all their staff will offer in the already generous menu. Congratulations again.

Finally in Ravenna we found a restaurant with truly refined and very good dishes. The service is also excellent, Giovanni and Luca are very kind and never forget to describe each dish in detail. It's an experience, absolutely worth trying!

I was skeptical about booking in this place or "intimidated" by the idea of ​​finding yet another "wooden" place that aims to appear over the top and instead I found a humble and welcoming welcome even if still with character as is right that it is a place of this level, I also appreciated the fact that although the dishes and service are certainly "over the top" they never make you feel out of place and uncomfortable, on the contrary they accompany you perfectly into their world through an experience, because only in this way you can define a dinner in this place, you can't talk about simple eating. Yes, the dishes are of the most classic format expected from a luxury restaurant, but well compensated by the number of courses (we chose the menu for around €65) and certainly by the unmistakable quality and the various combinations. Super-trained staff and I allow myself to say "easygoing but with style". In short, I don't want to ruin the surprise for you, I recommend it, seeing is believing is an experience that if you are in Ravenna you must have.

I returned in October 2024 and the review went from 5 to 2 stars, in brackets it is the review and photos of the previous management and with a different chef (We had dinner for New Year's Eve with a tasting menu and everything was perfect, the place is very nice and original and the dishes were all good and well presented)

Excellent fish restaurant where you have to find the entrance set back from the street. Original decor, it feels like Captain Nemo's home. Pretty earthenware tableware from FAENZA, beautiful wine glasses... The dishes are excellent and modern. You have to try the “Tuttonero”…succulent! The wine list is well composed and reasonably priced. Dishes cost on average 20 to 25 euros. The restaurant offers a tasting menu with 5 courses for 60 euros.

Locale è bello, cogliente e pulito. I piatti sono di buona qualità, però le portate sono troppo piccole e siamo in una osteria comunque Siamo usciti affamati I camerieri sembrano stufati, e ti fanno sentire a disagio. Uno più del altro, ma i nomi non ricordo.
