Erano anni che non mangiavo una pizza così buona... infatti ne ho mangiate due! Bravissimi.

Pizzeria and kebab shop at the beginning of Via Pietralata with parking reserved for customers. Crazy prices and very good food. They don't do fried food but the bruschettas of practically every type and the excellent kebabs make up for it. There are also the main desserts, which are also very good. Pizza also to take away. I've been going there since high school...and still today...after almost 30 years. You don't have to book so it's best to go early or in the middle of the week otherwise you'll have to queue (which flows because the service is fast) especially on Saturday evenings.

You don't go to eat at Laboratorio3 for the interior design, nor to be sophisticated, but for how you eat. And we eat WELL. The kebabs we got were as tender as butter. Very good. Perfect cooking. The pizzas, although I don't like the dough and height of Roman pizza, were excellent with quality ingredients. I also ventured a particular and not very light combination. Rating 7.5. For the rest, perhaps I would give the premises a facelift. But I repeat, these c@xxi, if you eat well. Punctual and quick service, at least on weekdays. I'll definitely be back.
