Nel corso principale di Trani c'è Labo', un locale giovanile dove si possono vedere le partite di calcio su grande schermo. Noi abbiamo optato per un tagliere misto e la zampina. Come birre c'era solo la Forst da 33 cl in bottiglia mentre come vini c'è una vasta scelta.

Essenza cibo lento

30/12/2024: It's not a restaurant, it's not a pub. It is a very welcoming place where you can taste simple and genuine dishes. These are traditional Apulian dishes such as orecchiette, legume soups, crostini seasoned with dried tomatoes or wild boar mortadella. The service and cuisine are impeccable in terms of friendliness and friendliness.
27/12/2024: Welcoming environment, kind and young service, exceptional food, I recommend the mushroom trofie and the suckling pig. The only flaw was the slightly slow service given that there were only two people managing the whole place, maybe a third person in the kitchen wouldn't hurt.

28/12/2024: We stopped by chance today, we were passing through. We were greeted by the smiles of the girls, the owner was very kind and very nice. We had an aperitif and took their spectacular platter, to say the least. Everything plentiful, good and fresh. I highly recommend it, in the end together with the coffee they let us taste two slices of their panettone!
