Lab Cocktails Bar In Pietrasanta

A great place to visit! Delicious cocktails, friendly staff who become friends, and if you have kids it’s located in a square opposite an ice cream shop where kids can run around after their ice cream - and so it’s a win win 😅🙂

June 2025. We went for a cocktail, the place usually creates original themed cocktail lists to offer to customers in addition to the usual suspects, the theme of the list was genius and debauchery inspired by the great geniuses and drinkers, to be clear George Best. The cocktails are exaggerated and of all types and for each one on the list there is a nice radar chart that helps in the choice. The service is excellent, the very prepared staff can help you in choosing the cocktail. Conclusion if you are in the Pietrasanta area and you want to drink well and/or something original this is where you have to come!

Very nice place but maybe a little expensive, I would go there more for a good cocktail than for the food, the large platter is not bad, maybe I would remove the beetroot mousse and put honey to accompany the cheese, the alcoholic drinks are very good, the theme is very nice, well stocked with non-alcoholic drinks too.
