I didn't even notice it had very negative reviews, quite the opposite. The gelato was very good; perhaps the tiramisu one lacked flavor and was more coffee-based, but it's still a delicate flavor that needs to be prepared well. It's an excellent gelato shop, very convenient for a classic gelato to go and walk to the Castle or the Duomo. I highly recommend it.

21/12/2025: I had cake and a cappuccino. Unfortunately, there weren’t many milk options available — only regular milk and soy. I was hoping to find almond or coconut milk, but they weren’t offered, so the choices felt quite limited. On the positive side, the staff member was extremely kind, polite, and welcoming, which really made a difference. The place itself is quite small with limited seating, so it may not be ideal for staying long. Overall, it was an average experience. I hope they expand their menu and improve the space in the future.
