Amazing place with a magnificent view of Piediluco lake. Fantastic staff and very relaxing spa.

Location and view from the room excellent. Daily room cleaning a bit to be revised. Bad smells coming from the shower. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. The spa very small for what they charge, €10 for a towel and flip flops seems excessive to me for the single hour you can stay. Small and uncomfortable parking.

We stayed at this hotel one night. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, answering any questions we had. The spa is designed down to the smallest details and has a breathtaking view of the lake. Breakfast offered a rich buffet of both sweet and savory foods, also including the vegan option 😍 Unfortunately, the room left something to be desired. It was clean but a little too dated. For a double it was excessively large, taking up space in the bathroom which was extremely small and uncomfortable.

Excellent experience, thanks to the reception staff who at the time of booking recommended a very interesting package which includes a visit to the cellar with tasting of local wines, entry into the Spa with massage (directly inside the hotel) and overnight stay in a room with a splendid view of the lake and a magnificent King size bed. Complete and abundant breakfast.

A dream place, that will remain in your heart. Very friendly and always smiling staff. The room had a wonderful view, spacious, renovated and with an excellent mattress. For those who want to go to the waterfalls I recommend asking for the coupon that saves 4 euros per ticket. The spa is intimate and with windows overlooking the lake. Very varied and good breakfast. Recommended for those who want to disconnect from daily stress and treat yourself.

The lake view rooms are wonderful, as is the spa. Great solution for those who want to relax and enjoy a wonderful view.

My girlfriend and I spent a nice weekend at this property. The staff is very courteous and available for every request, the "plus" lake view room that we booked was equipped with every comfort and certainly very clean. The spa is welcoming and well maintained with modern equipment, furthermore entry is allowed to a maximum of eight people upon reservation which allows you to enjoy any type of experience with due calm. The breakfast is well stocked and with good quality products and the choice is always guaranteed with a continuous refill. The only point that could be improved is certainly the external appearance of the building which in no way reflects the modern interior of the room we used. The location of the hotel is convenient for reaching other tourist destinations and for us it was a pleasure to wake up with the view of the lake illuminated by the sun. I had the impression of living in a structure that attempts with great courage to improve and enhance its beauty. I already feel like recommending it to anyone who reads this review.

My husband and I took refuge in this magical hotel, for a break from worldly life. What can I say? Magical experience. I found a welcoming and wonderful staff, super helpful and always with a smile on their faces. The hotel has this wonderful view overlooking Lake Piediluco where you can see it from the 4th floor terrace. It has a very small spa, which allows only a few people in at a time, which is greatly appreciated for enjoying relaxation to the fullest. We stayed there for dinner, and what can I say. Simple but delicious dishes with very kind staff. I can't wait to return this summer to enjoy a nice aperitif on that wonderful terrace.
