Very authentic Piedmontese cuisine with a lighter twist. The Tajarin is excellent, and the Faraone Farcita is a dream. A good wine list and welcoming hosts.

An unmissable stop to savor the cuisine of Monferrato. An institution and a guarantee if you want to eat authentic Piedmontese cuisine. If you want to try real financier, this is the place to eat it. Rustic atmosphere and dishes that respect seasonality. Excellent wine list

Lunch with friends, some of whom have vegetarian preferences. We were all very satisfied with the quality of the food and the wine recommended to us. The owners are attentive but discreet. A refined restaurant, with excellent traditional dishes.

Wir kamen an, als das Restaurant ausgebucht war. Der Besitzer war aber so höflich und hat uns in einem Nebenraum schnell einen Tisch gerichtet. Service sehr, sehr höflich. Essen wie bei Oma zu Hause. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Siamo tornati alla Violetta dopo un classico giro nelle langhe; sempre accogliente e semplice il locale ( gestione familiare), ordinato e pulito; buono il servizio e cordiale il cameriere; sempre buoni i piatti presentati legati alla tradizione e ai prodotti locali, carne fassona, cardo. Buono il servizio come pure le portate merita sempre una visita, discreto il rapporto qualità prezzo

06/05/2025: Very nice host. Delicious vegetarian risotto. They offered to take us back to the local campsite by car (not because of the distance, but because it was raining)!
05/05/2025: È un'osteria semplice, servizio buono e prezzi buoni. Aspic di prosciutto con ripieno di insalata russa per me era ottimo. Poi il resto era ottimo, ma... è per questo ho abbassato il voto. Ottimi gli agnolottini e ben cotti, ma la fonduta era troppo liquida. Buon la cassata ma le nocciole che dicevano esserci non le ho sentite. Vino sfuso non buono.

31/05/2025: Cozy, clean and nice place. Kind and helpful staff. Top breakfast especially the local specialty as dessert..!! I will be back soon willingly…congratulations I then tried the Restaurant…you absolutely have to come…the photos speak for themselves…!!! Great compliments again…!!!
16/05/2025: Magnificent place, excellent cuisine and very friendly and warm service. I highly recommend this place. I will return on my next trip.
