A traditional restaurant in the heart of Monferrato, serving exquisite local cuisine and seasonal dishes with authentic flavors. The family-run restaurant boasts attentive, friendly service, always ready to please. We loved it so much we returned two days in a row to try other dishes on the menu.

Cucina tradizionale di Langa eseguita in modo classico e rigoroso. Poco è lasciato alla fantasia, ma tutto è eseguito seguendo i canoni della tradizione locale. Buonissimi gli antipasti, ottimi gli agnolotti e ottima anche la faraona farcita. Abbiamo bevuto un buon Arneis consigliato da proprietario. Conto giusto e personale molto cortese.

06/12/2025: We had the opportunity to dine at the Cannon d'Oro restaurant in Cocconato during Bagna Cauda Day 2025. The Bagna Cauda was delicious and plentiful, with a generous selection of accompanying vegetables, and the service was more than friendly. I also wanted to highlight their skill in finding us a table (for six people, and in one of the historic rooms overlooking the beautiful terrace) with practically no notice.
