We have been a couple of times in the summer and recently for a themed evening on newly produced oil. Excellent dishes with very particular and successful combinations, excellent local wine and also the oil. Impeccable service with particular attention to the customer and any intolerances and allergies. Very nice location, we are happy to return and will definitely return

We had lunch on the panoramic terrace of *La Vinsantaia di Capezzana*, surrounded by the beauty of the Tuscan hills. The cured meat starter was perfectly balanced, followed by two first courses with a genuine and authentic flavour. The steak, cooked to perfection, closed the meal in a sublime way. The relaxed atmosphere and excellent service made the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique dining experience accompanied by a breathtaking view.

Qualche anno fa avevo lasciato una cattiva recensione, soprattutto per quanto riguardava la cucina. Mi avevano detto che qualcosa era cambiato (non so se gestione o cuoco) e ho voluto riprovare. Il posto è cone sempre incantevole, i vini capezzana erano e restano una garanzia, servizio ineccepibile e una cucina finalmente all'altezza! Cucina nella tradizione con qualche tocco di innovazione a mio parere riuscito. Per qualcuno (non tanto per me, ma alcuni miei amici se ne sono lamentati e quindi mi sembra onesto segnalarlo), le porzioni potrebbero essere un po' più generose.

Kjøpte olinoljen vía en kollegas garasjeutsalg for 18 år siden, ble hektet på den delikate smaken - den skuffet ikke selv om pepper ikke i denne årgangen er like fremtredende. Stemningen på terrassen er slik en deømmer om, omviser på vinsmakingen er kunnskapsrik og entusiastisk. Middagen helt fortreffelig, lokal, forseggjort og samtidig enkel og mettende. Vinene er også høyt der oppe. Mer venner enn bare vertskap alle man treffer og veldig innstilt på å gi deg det beste oppholdet. We were guests at the neighboring winery and ate in the restaurant on the first evening. You can eat both inside the wine shop and on the beautiful outdoor terrace. The view from the terrace of the typical Tuscan valley was breathtaking, especially at sunset. The food was excellent, we learned that it was a new interpretation of classic Tuscan cuisine (such as chicken liver pâté), we found this to be very accurate. Our waiter was extremely friendly, knew the dishes inside out and was able to answer any of our questions. The wine selection is clear but more than sufficient and includes half a dozen red wines and one white wine. At the time of our stay, the classic white wine was not in the range, but there was an alternative that we immediately ordered for home because it tasted so good. This restaurant is a piece of gold that we can recommend to everyone.
