La Vinsantaia di Capezzana In Carmignano

We were guests at the neighboring winery and ate in the restaurant on the first evening. You can eat both inside the wine shop and on the beautiful outdoor terrace. The view from the terrace of the typical Tuscan valley was breathtaking, especially at sunset. The food was excellent, we learned that it was a new interpretation of classic Tuscan cuisine (such as chicken liver pâté), we found this to be very accurate. Our waiter was extremely friendly, knew the dishes inside out and was able to answer any of our questions. The wine selection is clear but more than sufficient and includes half a dozen red wines and one white wine. At the time of our stay, the classic white wine was not in the range, but there was an alternative that we immediately ordered for home because it tasted so good. This restaurant is a piece of gold that we can recommend to everyone.
