La Vinaigrette In Gallipoli

We had dinner at this restaurant, and I must say the service was very good: the staff was friendly and helpful. As for the food, I wasn't entirely satisfied: the raw vegetables appetizer was good, but the lobster entree wasn't so great: tasteless, and the lobster was overcooked. The desserts were so-so.

A wonderful experience in every way! For lovers of truly fresh fish, this is the perfect place! We had a trio of raw fish, a fish carpaccio, a clam pasta dish, and fresh grilled sea bass. Everything was truly exceptional! The wine and service were also excellent. Thanks again for a delicious dinner! Highly recommended!

Excellent restaurant, good food, shame about the bill. The waiter forgot to add the wine to the bill. My boyfriend told the waiter about it, and as a thank you, they just offered us a coffee...

I had dinner last night at La Vinaigrette. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was friendly and helpful from the start. We started with a tasting of cooked appetizers: the fish was certainly fresh, but overall, I wasn't particularly impressed. I ordered French fries for my daughter, and they had a strong fried fish flavor, a sign they were probably cooked in the same oil. For my first course, I chose linguine with lemon and purple Gallipoli shrimp. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations: as soon as I was served, I noticed a very strong garlic smell (likely powdered), so much so that it was nauseating. Upon tasting, the flavor was dominated by garlic, and the dish wasn't well-blended, making the experience unpleasant. Overall, I appreciated the courtesy of the staff and the freshness of the ingredients, but the cuisine didn't quite meet my expectations.

Too much hype, too little content. Even booking a table felt like a big ordeal. Service: Professional overall (one lady in particular was outstanding), but our server was rude and left us waiting 30 minutes to order, while serving a table that arrived later than us. Food: The fish was fine but nothing special. The side dishes were disappointing — low-quality, pre-made fries. Atmosphere: Formal and stiff, not relaxing at all. Overall, not the night we were hoping for.

Fantastic food, if you're looking for fresh fish, you've come to the right place! The terrace is gorgeous! Friendly service, if you have any questions or concerns, rest assured they'll be answered right away. Clean and very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended

Dinner on the terrace, spectacular view. The food was really good, but what impressed me most was the dessert! The spumone was spectacular! Highly recommended.

Ieri sera abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante e devo dire che e’ stata una serata meravigliosa. Il personale professionale e attento, avevo chiesto se si fosse liberato un tavolo di cenare in terrazza vista mare e siamo stati piacevolmente accontentati. Il servizio veloce e i piatti molto buoni e ricchi. Le orecchiette uno spettacolo… ve le consiglio. Abbiamo scelto da menu’ di prendere un’antipasto di cotti e due primi invece il bambino ha preso una fritturina di totani con patatine poi aggiunto 1 fanta, 2 di acqua e un calice. Totale 100 euro. Se passate da queste parti e avete voglia di buon pesce e di una serata vista mare prenotato un tavolo da loro non ve ne pentirete.

Ottimo ristorante a Gallipoli. Personale cortese e preparato. Antipasto di pesce spettacolare (totani fritti con cipolle caramellate e gamberi e carciofi) e primi altrettanto buoni (spaghetti e ai frutti di mare gustosissimi). Prezzo nella media per Gallipoli.
