A heavenly experience that starts with the location and ends with dessert. Every time I eat at Vinaigrette, I'm never disappointed. The only concern is to book well in advance! Especially to secure a table on their splendid terrace overlooking the sea. The appetizer was rich and tasty, distinctive, unparalleled in the area. The portions were generous and truly delicious; the first and second courses, even just reading them on the menu, were irresistible. Excellent wine selection, excellent service! Dogs welcome!

Beautiful place, slightly Scandinavian in style, and the wall of local wines was beautiful. We started with cooked antipasto, all exquisite and delicious, and even though we arrived late, they told us we could choose whether to order anything else from the kitchen after the antipasto. We stopped at those, satisfied, but not overstuffed, just right. A beautiful place and excellent food.

You won't forget this place for the view, the courtesy, and the tastefully prepared seafood dishes. The amazing coffee and pastries offered by the owner made us feel truly pampered. Highly recommended.

A traditional and elegant restaurant, truly excellent. Gallipoli can be a bit overwhelming at times, with an often pretentious selection of dishes and prices. Here, however, we find refined cuisine, prepared with professionalism, using excellent ingredients, and at fair prices. Truly one of the best restaurants in the area.

Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. There were four of us, and none of us were thrilled with the food. We were rather disappointed, as we chose this restaurant based on the excellent customer reviews. The starters were good, though not the best we had in Gallipoli. The warm dishes were completely tasteless – the fish was practically bland and the sides were bland, the seafood pasta was very average, and the mussels were overcooked. The service was friendly, the prices were normal for the Old Town, and the selection of fish was large. The location was excellent.
